I had audio but no video. I had to wait almost an entire month to get replacement due to on inventory being available anywhere. I got the replacement and after a week the lest side of screen went very dark. Turned the user off for about 20 minutes and screen returned to normal. I had the same on the right side, and then again on the left over a few days. Obviously Samsung has an issue with this model that they need to address. Decided to go with Hisense 100 in model and have had no problems. I will say that Best Buy customer support has been wonderful and did everything they could to help me rectify the situation.

Problems with this TV

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really happy the first couple of weeks after buying this 100" Samsung TV but then one half of the screen would be dark every now and then when I turned it on. I was going to swap it for another of the same TV but saw the same complaints from other buyers of this TV. I decided to swap it for the Sony Bravia 5 mini-LED 98" TV. So far, I'm happy with the new Sony.

Cant say enough good things about the guys who installed the tv!!! Made sure everything was working properly including all my apps and apple tv, and that we understood how to operate all areas with the remotes!!! 10 out of 10!!!

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN80F TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode
