It doesn't charge while it is charging. Other then that it works well. Wireless is slower than the cable. Which I expected .

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.- It must be powered on each time before you set the phone on it so it's a pain if you plan to pickup and set your phone down a lot. - It's too large and heavy, not great for travelers, hikers, or anyone who doesnt needs multiple days worth of portable power. The old 5000 was plenty to keep any phone going for an extra day or in an emergency if needed. -USB-C ports ONLY. All your USB-A to Micro and Lighting cables won't work. You'll need to find USB-C to Micro or Lighting.

Worked great for a short time

(2022) I'll have the battery 2 years. It no longer functions in any way any more. The leds on the side shows it has charge. But the wireless charger doesn't work nor does corded charging. Worked great til it randomly stopped working. For as much as it costs, this should not be a issue in this short of period of time.
