I had previously gave her it since my phone wasn't really charging all that great with this and since her phone had a smaller battery, she probably wouldve had a better experience with it. Anyway, she spilled liquid and i opened it only to realize the battery is smaller than advertised.

Only worked right for one charge!

I bought it, and it looked good and felt solid due to the metal built. So I charged it fully and plugged in my S20 FE via USB-C. Phone showed superb fast charging! Great! Tried to charge a second time and the fast charging turned to just "Charging" I felt my be my USB-C cable was the problem so I bought an original Samsung cable. Same results! No more fast charging. Also the led lights are only showing 3 dots even though the unit is fully charged. I don't know why Samsung puts their name is such a low quality power bank.

Product doesn't charge or stay charged

The first day one charged all the way, but then wouldn't go past two bars on subsequent charges. The second one went to only two bars the first time, and now won't charge at all.
