The only problem we're have is that the crisper drawer does not keep the vegetables crisp. Maybe some adjustment is needed. If it can be I'd recommend it. If not, no. Henry Taylor

Also the shelving is flimsy. I can't stack more than one row of bottled/canned beverages without the shelves bending.

Posted .Thank you for this review, Sandy. For the exterior of the fridge. Use a stainless cleaner, polish, or soft cloth, and always wipe in the grain direction. Never use abrasive cleaning products, as this could scratch the fridge's finish. Watch these videos for complete details.

We submitted a claim with pictures and were told we would hear back in 30 days or less and that was over 5 weeks ago.

So, we had it exchanged. That was less than a week ago but it's working fine so far. This review is a commentary on the manufacturer's quality assurance abilities, hence the 3 stars.

Not all Samsungs are Created Equally

Our primary fridge is also a Samsung so we presumed this one would be of similar quality. We purchased as an additional fridge for our utility room, and especially liked the reversible door feature. The first one would not cool so we opted to have it replaced. We now have the second one and it appears to have broken seals--solid ice (not frost) is accumulating OUTSIDE of the fridge around both the doors. We are returning this one as well. I will add that this model is not representative of all Samsungs--we love our larger one, but this one does have some defects.

The interior light is NOT bright, the stainless steel is very thin (we have a small dent in the front already after a couple of weeks). It works pretty good I guess, strangely there is not separate temp setting for the freezer and fridge.

Good, door is an adjustment
