Upon paid install they left with the doors opening against the wall. Because Best Buy has set up 3 additional service appts to reverse the hinges and the techs don’t know how to do so I’m giving this a low rating. I have been on chat abd phone with the geek squad and multiple supervisor’s and no one seems to resolve this issue. We are now waiting for a home delivery of additional hinges and Best Buy has requested I call them when I get them which is disappointing!

Well I went in and saw it and it was just what I wanted. I received it promptly with great delivery. The refrigerator is great! Perfect with vegetables and just enough space. It gives you what it says it has and the price it right.

To have it done by Best Buy requires a separate appointment and more money. Seems smaller than the 15.6 indicates. little versatility in shelf placement. In order to fit tall items on the bottom you almost give up a shelf above. Only one drawer so there is no "protein drawer." I would not purchase this again and due to troubles with delivery, replacement, and door reversal (which still hasn't happened because I'd have to take a day off for their 7am to 7pm appointment window) I will not be a Best Buy customer in the future.

Called and had a service person come out, but that was no help he just said maybe try this or that. This was the first time I have bought anything from Best Buy or bought a Samsung product and it will be the last.
