Im not sure if it was the product or if i had a defective one but i would wake up sometimes after putting it on the charger and it would be dead. Made me late to work a few times since. Also the charging area was really small.

I'm very happy with this purchase. I enjoy the fact that I can charge my log info overnight while i'm sleep with fewer chords at my nightstand, And also easily charge my earbuds.

Fits my every need: I can charge my phone and galaxy watch at the same time while I am in the shower or sleeping. Has held up beautifully over time. My wife got jealous of mine and had to have one too!

I've been happy with the charging speed, and I like the magnet to hold the watch in place. My only issue has been that my headphones (Bose quietcomfort) have trouble charging on the watch side. The red light starts flashing and they don't seem to charge. I have to charge them on the phone side for it to work reliably.

The product description online says it is compatible with Galaxy S6 series phones and later, but once you get the actual product, the compatibility on the box only goes up to the Galaxy S22 series of phones. With that being said, it will not "*Super* Fast Charge" my S24 Ultra, only regular fast charges it even with a 45W adapter (Says it only needs at least a 25W). So, just over 2 hours of charge time instead of just over 1 hour. At $70, you would think it would be up to date with the latest capabilities to Super Fast charge all current models and be updated yearly to keep doing so, especially if they are going to keep it the same price every year. Unfortunately, I will be returning it because if it can't do what it is supposed for my phone, then i dont want it. I can just buy a way cheaper wireless charger as a backup charger (in case of water in port & cant use a cable to charge) to do the exact same thing this one does for me from an alternate brand.

The two reps,that helped myself and my 9 year old son were amazing. They knew everything each one of us wanted and needed. Showed us what would be best and how it worked ,looked and even compared TV's and gaming systems for my son. What an great experience.

I wouldn't buy this item it doesn't work with my Samsung phone. I bought it because I was having problems with my phone charging with a plug in cord it would not work. Then i bought a new phone and the charger still didn't work. Very unsatisfied with this product. My rating for this product is 0 on all questions asked about it.

Charges my ultra and watch well every night and the 15W for the phone charges it quickly.
