Have been looking for one of these for a long time. And finally found one on a discount and it was great

I can charge my galaxy watch and galaxy earbuds very conveniently at the same time!

I bought this in-store, without the benefit of the website's description of "cable only." At $70, I didn't expect to have to separately purchase a power adapter, which the box makes no mention of and neither did the store rep who helped me. I can't even use an old Samsung power adapter with the included cable because both ends of the cable are USB-C. I had asked the store rep for something to charge two phones at once, and this was his top recommendation. My primary requirement doesn't actually seem to be a capability of this product, as the user manual indicates only one port is for a phone, while the other is for earbuds. Again, this could easily have been stated on the box, but I guess the extra text to describe the product would have interfered with the minimalist design anesthetic. There is also no user manual in the box. There is a quick start guide that says to go to the main Samsung website for the user manual, which I tried to do. When searching for the manual there, typing the model brings up this product as a search suggestion under the search box, but tapping the suggestion doesn't take me anywhere, and hitting enter after I typed in the model number doesn't either. Perhaps the website search function is not compatible with my mobile browser? I had to use a Google search of the model number to take me to the Samsung page for the user manual, bypassing the Samsung website's search feature. Both the store rep and the box misled me to purchase this device that is not what I asked for, wasting my time and the store's for an avoidable purchase and return.

There's nothing necessarily wrong with the charger. Charges my phone and my earbuds just fine. The only issue I have is that for some reason it does not charge my gear s3 Samsung watch. That's the reason it isn't 5 stars.

Come to find 'cable only' means no charging block so it's useless until I can go buy one now.

Works fine. Would prefer for it just be two phones but no matter. My phone has a hard case and both sides charges my phone.

Good alternative if your phone cant charge via cord but found that its a little reliant on proper placement.

Convenient and fast for multiple devices. Works great with my phone, my watch, and even my hearing aids.....

Excellent charger, be sure to get the correct wattage power block though.

I wouldn't buy this item it doesn't work with my Samsung phone. I bought it because I was having problems with my phone charging with a plug in cord it would not work. Then i bought a new phone and the charger still didn't work. Very unsatisfied with this product. My rating for this product is 0 on all questions asked about it.

It charges both my phone and watch, with the aid the 35 watt USB wall wart I purchased separately.
