Doesn't Charge Great S3 Watch

Charges my phone and my earbuds just fine. The only issue I have is that for some reason it does not charge my gear s3 Samsung watch. That's the reason it isn't 5 stars.

Charges good sometimes

Made me late to work a few times since. Also the charging area was really small.
