This charger pad saves me from having to go through insurance or having to pay for a new phone. I would have given it 5 stars if it charged as fast as the cord but I'm very happy with it.

But when I opened the box, it didn't have a power adapter and both sides of the cord are usbc. It also won't charge using any of my other Samsung chargers that are usbc only on one end. I've already been stressed about not having my phone and now I have to deal with this?? Can't wait for my lightphone 3 to arrive so I don't have to deal with Samsung.

Good, but not compatible with my S3 Gear

The only "con" to this item, is it will not charge my watch, which was the purpose of the duo. If you have a Samsung Gear S3 Classic... it is not compatible.

The margin of what counts as charging and what doesn't is too small and it's already been several times that I've placed it on, it's "charging", only for it to not actually charge my phone. Presumably because it shifted very slightly or something and canceled the charging.

No charging head with this unit..
