My only negative is that there isnt any sort of grip on this charger like previous charging pads, so your phone is sitting on the raised edges and can be knocked off easily.

Tested with a case and tried without a case. I tried with the charger that came with it and the one I use daily. Couldn't hold a charge and had to return. Could be because I have a 10+ or just because the charger is not the best.

Comes witb the cord and adapter but the adapter wasn't in the box. Contacted best buy and they said to come in and get it replaced. Instead of the samsung brand adapter they gave me a best buy insignia adapter

I would not recommend this. Other than if you are lazy and just want to set your phone down each night instead of have to plug it in. It’s not a fast charger though.

But I think it has to do with what kind of protective cover you have on the phone. But it sets up easily on your own as there are useless directions included.
