Broken out the box

The cable and power brick have no power going thru them as tested with a voltage meter. When using another Samsung brick and cable the charger gets 1.1w which only causes a small electronic hum if you put your ear to the charger. Going to try to replace it & will test in store this time.

After that it wont charge at all. Ive tried different wall adapters, usb cables and outlets and nothing. It wont charge anyones phone at all. Id take it back but I cant find the original box.
