I have to put the phone in a weird way to charge. Your better off buying a bigger pad.

I google the Samsung website and many customers had the same problems but there is no solution from Samsung.

I would give this product 0 stars if I could. I bought it to use on a trip, so I was not here to return it within the two week return time period. This device is completely unreliable. It goes in and out of charging to not charging, but mostly it is not charging. What recourse do I have for this faulty product? I want my money back.
