even our most recent 9w charger would not always connect, or would stop repeatedly... galaxy s9 with otter box case. The 15 watt charger connects and stays connected.

There is nothing bad I can say about this product. I use this at my office and its pretty great. It charges super fast and I like not having to plug my phone into the charger.

This wireless charger was bought for my mom after she bought the S20.. She loves it.. No issues with it.. Gets the job done faster than the others in the previous years

The charger serves it's purpose. I purchased it because of issues with my charging port on my phone. I do wish that it charged my Note 9 faster and the power cord was longer.

l found this charger to charger very fast and also compatible with both android and Apple...love it so much that I purchased a second one for other rooms in my house

You should buy if this if you have supporting phones like the plus and note series because it works much better with those models but all around a solid choice.
