To much money, no fast charging, i can buy better products and cheaper

Took back one product that failed to work only to be told by the sales clerk this one would work with any Samsung phone, only to find this one also doesn't work with my Samsung A20. I ordered one online took backto store 25 miles away. Guess I should have made him try it with my phone. Waste of postage and gasoline.

Doesn't charge as fast as I would like but looks nice and gets the job done.

Not worth the money, slow charge! Takes all day to charge if your battery on your phone is really low. The price is way too much for an item when you can purchase a plug in charger a lot cheaper that will charge your phone faster. Just paid for the name!

Product offers little advantage over standard charger. Rapid chargers are available for faster charge. Phone can be rested against another object during charging avoiding the need for a stand

Good product but you must move it around before it sits in the right spot

I had this wireless charger for about 3 weeks, it was good but the past 2 days it hasn't chargered my phone. Would have kept it if it still worked normally.

I’m using this but it is only 7.5 charging for iPhones so keep that in mind.

Its ok but it does not charge your phone very fast at all.

I wanted to love it but the original one I had was making a clicking/ticking noise was annoying. I had it exchanged for another and the replacement was making the same noise. From what I found online its normal for this wireless charger to make a loud annoying noise when in use.. I ended up returning the product because it's not worth the money if it's gonna be making a loud annoying noise and not even charge faster than normal plug in speed.

I think it’s really better suited for Android phones Once you get it and read all the small print that’s what I get out of it My other Q1 charger works with the otter box case but this doesn’t work well with or without the case I’ll be returning it

Charger doesn't charge fast. I use the cord and it works better.

Worked almost a year. Terrible. I love It when I'm on the phone with my mom who has brain cancer and can only talk at certain times and my phone dies because this charger does not last. Thanks.

Unfortunately I can not give accurate rate. This based only what I saw when purchased. Product looked good. Simple. Directions easy to follow. Had to return because it did not work at all. Could not use even though it was adaptable to his phone.

Let me make this clear: the charger looks fantastic, charges great, and compared to others is a pretty-good price. But I have to give this a 1-Star reatging for one major reason: It only charges fast on Samsung phones. Now somebody might say that fault is due to the other Smartphone manufacturers, but that's not the case. Samsung admitted that the "Fast Charge" feature only works with Samsung, and for others has a max output charge of 7.5 Watts only. It's controlled by software. Sorry but trhat's ridiculous.

I don’t recommend this charged at all. Got it for my husband as a gift and it stopped working within two months. Logged into my Best Buy account and it says it’s no longer returnable. I’m extremely dissatisfied and plan to contact Best Buy directly or contact Samsung for a refund or at bare minimum a replacement.
