AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT, THE CELL PHONE REMAINS VERTICAL

Had one Qi charger that worked well but not as well as this one. It is really good that it stands up and that you can see the "light" while it is charging and that it changes color and lets you know that the Samsung S8 phone is charged.

So recently I bought this wireless charger for my sister's s10, it was discounted but the inspection tag said nothing was missing and it had been tested to still be in excellent condition, so I bought it. I took it home and opened it to find out someone stole the charger and it didn't have a wall block. I wasn't really making big deal because I had a few blocks and chargers already, so it was okay. I plugged it up and it didn't work. So I took it back. I had one previously for my own note 10 that I loved, so I can only share my experience with that one. I loved my previous one. It was so nice to just sit a phone on and it's nice to also not have to worry about charging ports break or overheat. The cooling fan is also a nice touch. I like the product but my last experience with purchasing one was not good. I'd still recommend the product to people though if you want a cool little gadget.

I like the convenience of being able to lay my phone on it without having to plug it in. You can just pick up and go when charged. However, I purchased this for an iPhone and did not read the fine print. It charges at 7.5W of power for the iPhone and 15W for the Samsung. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Other than that, I’m pleased with the purchase.

Bought this wireless charger for my Samsung S10 since Im always on the go. This is a great companion accessory for my cellphone. The charge time is great as well. It charges the phone in the same amount of time if I were using a cable

I have never used a wireless charger, but this item works exactly as described. This product has brought a little bit more comfort to my life making it extremely easy to charge the phones in my house and it works incredibly fast.

When I found out about this product I was happy, then when I plugged it in and started using it, well, THE CORD IS TOO SHORT! It's always the same thing wrong with products. I still like it but I need a longer cord.

With the heavier phone cover " Otter" the wireless charger i had before wouldn't work. Talked to Brandon who sold me my phone and he showed me how this wireless charger was a better charger for my phone charger.
