Would not pair

Would not pair w the Samsung soundbar after multiple attempts and multiple calls to Samsung. My subwoofer paired wo any troubles. Sent to Samsung. It went to a third party repair company that Samsung uses. After three weeks of no response, I called multiple times to find out the next steps. The repair location asked that I send the soundbar to them at my cost for shipping.... The soundbar is not small and is heavy. I elected to just return the rear speakers in the end.
