Do not buy this refrigerator!! I purchased this refrigerator/freezer in 2021 specially because it had 2 separate cooling systems. I also purchased the extended Geek Squad warranty. Saturday 2/24 I came home to both the refrigerator and freezer section warm and all my food ruined. On 3/1 a Geek Squad tech came out for maybe 10 mins, said he could not fix it and said someone should call me to set up an appointment with a 3rd party to fix it. Instead I received an email about an appointment made for me on a day I was working. In 3/5 I called and rescheduled the appointment for today. I received a text from Best Buy confirming the appointment. This morning after receiving a new text from Best Buy saying I have an appointment tomorrow I called and after an hour of being shuffled around and hung up on the result is I have no appointment in spite of the confirmation text from Best Buy. They can not make me a new appointment because the hold time is 35 mins and they can not wait that long. So with already not having refrigeration for almost 2 weeks there is no end in sight and Best Buy could apparently not care less.

Perfect fit for our kitchen redo. It took a day for the ice to finally begin falling, so don't panic! The only negative is that I would like to have had split shelves so one side could be higher than the other side. Overall, we love it. It's so easy to see all of the food with the counter-depth refrigerator!

Came back a 2nd time after having to cut the counter top. Very knowledgeable and professional!

This fridge fits perfectly in my rv! Super cold in this 1456 degree heat here in texas! We absolutely love this new fridge! We would recommend it and when it’s open the WiFi lets us know to shut it after a couple min (which has happened)!

This fridge isnt goibg to blow anyonr away woth its features, but as a smaller fridge it works for those of us who have tighter spaces. Id probably give it 4 stars, if it wasnt for the fact that the freezer isnt working properly after only having the thing for 6 weeks. First, we noticed a loud humming sound followed by the freezer not freezing overnight, causing everythi g to melt hy morning. We had a tech come out and look at it, said everything was fine it just needs to be further from the wall (thr manual says 3 inches, now it is sitting about 5 inches from the wall.) A week later its having the same issue, as well as other strange noises coming from the back. Definitely not acceptable, and I am definitely not a happy customer.

Just had the fridge over a week. So far working well. A tip for anyone trying to adjust temperature. when you set the temperature you will need to wait for the settings to gradually adjust. It will keep going to back to the current temp until it adjust on it own.

Works as it should only thing I don’t like is not being able to stand any kind of bottled drink on the shelf
