Great customer service regarding my decision onto which item I decided to purchase

Stopped working 2 weeks in. Open Box deemed “excellent” condition by Geek Squad but had a faulty compressor that had to be replaced.

Good service overall. Fridge works well and the customer service was helpful

Installation was easy. Had a little trouble getting the ice maker to work but after I figured out how to reset it, it worked well. It is a little loud when the ice tray fills with water but that is my only complaint.

Found it small and Best Buy conducted replacement for a bigger one. Very good experience, smooth and professional!

While we generally are pleased with the refrigerator, it has pros and cons. Pros: It’s the perfect size for our kitchen. It doesn’t protrude into the space, and it has a nice sleek design. The finish is great. No fingerprints and easy to clean. It’s really quiet too, which pleases my husband very much. Generally, the refrigerator is nicely laid out. There is good storage room on the doors. I like the temperature controls. Very easy to use. Cons: Access is a bit odd in some respects. When you open just the right door, you can’t get the right side vegetable bin open. The freezer access is difficult. The drawers don’t open all the way. And there doesn’t seem to be a lot of space in the freezer. Also, the doors don’t close like a regular refrigerator. You have to push on them to close them. One other thing: because it’s French Door design, you have to think before you open the fridge, meaning which door to open. But for us, that’s just a matter of getting used to a new design.

I am enjoyingbthis fridge, but i do miss a middle drawer

An excellent product and the smart home integration works well. The unit will even send an alert when the kids forget to close the doors which is great and gets used quite often

This was so far the best purchased I have made all year. I love the WiFi feature and also the fact it make noise if the kids leave the fridge open to long.

What a joy it is to have this refrigerator, Bet thing is it has a Ten Year Warranty. This is almost unheard of . It is so easy to clean, just a damp wash cloth and it just shines. I am so happy with it .

Storage is so small than I thought it is. Saw more dents too as

It is a great fridge for the price. We are empty nesters so it fits our needs, Though I would like to have adjustable shelves. It doesn't let you place large items on the shelves. I also would like that it came with cold cuts drawer. I bought a couple on Amazon.

When I got the refrigerator delivered it was banged up pretty bad. I was able to get a couple hundred off the original price but I wasn't loving the interaction I received. The refrigerator itself is made more than likey by a man. It doesn't have convince and I wouldn't buy it again.

I purchased this refrigerator on June 5. Less than 2 months later, the freezer randomly stopped working. The app said the freezer was at 0 degrees, and that everything was fine. Meanwhile, everything in the freezer melted and had to be thrown away. I contacted Samsung for a warranty repair, They told me this was totally normal, and that I should unplug the fridge for 5 minutes and plug it back in again. This, indeed, caused the freezer to start freezing again. However, they refused to pay for my lost food and I do not trust that this will not happen again, so I am afraid to put anything in the freezer other than ice.

It is very nice refrigerator, for me i would like more space between the shelves, but i am working with. I recommend it.

I love my Samsung refrigerator!!! The bottom freezer is very deep and I love having my fridge up higher!

Very happy that Best Buy is taking back the fridge and proving another one that fits.
