love and hate

I have it siting on a board on the right side, you cannot adjust the back wheels. For me I think the adjusting is defective. The product arrived with an extreme leaning towards the back. I mean extreme. I understand it should lean back but this is exteme.

Please know that we value your feedback, and we will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer.
For safety reasons, adjusting the front a little higher than the rear is a good thing but not to the extreme.

When will we get quality products and service agai

Service took weeks (by the what do u do w ur food?) and ended up not fixing it due to Samsung regulations. Had to complain to fix it months later. This unit also doesn’t come w an internal water filter!!! So don’t buy one as suggested like I did. You have to hook this up to an ext water filter. So much grief in a short period of time for a fridge…?

Samsung Fridge - Worst Ever

Tech came out 2 days later to check it and told me that the compressor was dead and something about the mother board. They could not do anything because the fridge is so new parts are not even available. I am exchanging it and will never buy a samsung again.

Not your typical fridge

Three months after purchase the fridge and freezer went completely out. Repairs would take a week and you only can control temperature settings via phone only. Not your typical fridge.

Quit working after 3 days
