Got the fridge then within 2 days freezer was not working. Lost about $200 in groceries. Ice maker did not work after 1 day. Contacted Best Buy and had a replacement within a few days The second fridge is working great so I have hreat hopes for this fridge

This is a "counter deep" fridge so it has a smaller capacity compared to traditional double-door fridges. However, it's what we needed and more importantly, what we could afford.

The color is great and adds great style to my kitchen ! I recommend this style and color to anyone that is looking to purchase a new fridge ! Plenty of room for frozen foods and the upper two doors on the top are a great feature !The ice maker makes more than enough ice daily !

We had a problem that our door to the deck opens in the kitchen and the door was touching the previous refrigerator. This new counter-depth design with french door is helping us open the door and having sleek kitchen. One more thing I would like to mention here is I tried to search similar designs in other brands however Samsung is the only which has this amazing model.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have an older house with a small kitchen so we were pretty limited with fridge options that would fit in our space. + This fit just fine and happy with the overall appearance. + We had a very old fridge previously so this one is super quiet and cools everything evenly and appropriately. + Enough space for 2 people Negatives: - Storage on the side doors is small. Really can't fit much - Shelves are not very adjustable in the main fridge section. We wanted to make one shelf extra tall to fit taller items such as a wine bottle, etc but not possible. - Freezer is nice that it has 2 sections because the pull out freezers can be difficult to organized, however the ice maker / drawers are just plastic and feel / look very flimsy and cheap. - Wish it was fingerprint resistant (it doesn't state that it is but feel like all new appliances should just have this feature)

The Refrigerator fits perfectly in the kitchen. The on-demand cooling feature is nice to have which allows you to quickly cool/freeze drinks and food that you recently put in the refrigerator. I also love that the refrigerator can be managed from the Samsung Smart Thing app as well as provide you alerts if there is any issues (if someone leaves the door open for example).
