When the doors of your refrigerator do not close automatically, the fridge isn't level. If the front of the refrigerator is tilted forward, the doors won't stay closed. I have shared a Samsung link below that will help address your concern with the refrigerator.

It died June 13, 2021. Samsung's repair contractor has made me wait all day three times in a row and not shown up. They have claimed I made appointments I never made, denied I appointments I did make, and claimed I had appointments they never notified me of. They even notified me of an appointment ONE HOUR AFTER the appointment time had passed. Oh, it is pretty and quiet when it ran. I loved the LED lighting. And the fingerprint resistant finish. But, now I just hate it.

After 17 days, it completely shut off with no rhyme or reason. Breaker box was fine. Plug was powering on other devices fine. Samsung sent a repair man and he stated that most of the calls he gets are about Samsung appliances. Anyway, he couldn't completely identify the exact problem, but the part wouldn't be able to get here for a couple weeks because it's so new. It's unfortunate because I have had great luck with my other Samsung stuff (TV, laptop), but I would not recommend taking the risk of buying this specific fridge and probably Samsung in general until their longevity and quality is proven. My local Best Buy was awesome and helped me exchange the non-working fridge with a Whirpool.

This refrigerator has been nothing but trouble! From one month after my purchase date, the freezer began to randomly stop working. On four separate occasions over the last year, I have woken up to warm food in the fridge and a freezer full of unfrozen food. I cannot tell you how much food I have lost because this fridge just decided to stop working altogether. After 4 service requests, replacing the computer in the fridge twice and seemingly endless hours on the phone with Samsung "support," practically begging them to just replace the unit, it became clear that they were just doing minimal repairs until my warranty ran out. So, now, after a LOT of effort to sort out the issue they've finally just given up and decided to give me a refund. So now I have a non-functional refrigerator and can't get rid of it until they refund me.
