    Just as other low star reviews have reported, the fridge stops working within a few months of unboxing brand new...I did not have the fridge over filled, not even close. It just doesnt work anymore...how can a model witb such a fatal flaw be released to the public? Really Samsung? Do you enjoy dealing with full blowouts on appliances that are mere weeks old? Waste of your customers time and money, as well as yours. This model should be pulled from sale, DO NOT PURCHASE

    Gave 1 star because the fridge stop cooling aftera week of use. Bestbuy replaced last week. Hopefully it will not do the same ( not working after 1 week). Overall the fridge is not bad when it works

    This refridgerator is NOT fingerprint resistant - what a joke. It's impossible to open and close. It requires constant wipe downs. Ice falls out of the ice making tray when you open the freezer door and falls under the drawer which you can't get to.

    Looks great but quit working after 3 Days! Best But will bring me a new one and swap it, but I have to wait about a month and a half. Don’t buy this refrigerator if you have any other options.

    Delivered with golf ball sized dent. Other than that, it’s a basic fridge. Fingerprint resistance seems to work.

    Horrible experience, fridge did not work properly from day one, freezer door wouldn't shut and I had to use water case to keep it closed. Best buy customer service said my warranty was up, referred me to Samsung-technician came and blamed Best buy for incorrect installation. I smelle gas, fridge works very loud, I had to pay appliance repair another 600$. I won't be buying Samsung fridges in the future, and especially from Best Buy

    Item delivered by Best Buy on 6/7/2021. Trouble with cooling problems since first week. Reported to Samsung that unit not cooling. Took 4 weeks for technician for show up. Technician not able to resolve. Now have to wait another week for another technician appointment. Have owned this unit for over 2 months and has not run properly. DO NOT PURCHASE. REQUESTED FULL REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FROM SAMSUNG WHO HAS YET TO AGREE. WILL PURSUE LEGAL REMEDIES IF NECESSARY VIA MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.

    Fingerprints all over the door.. door on the right hard to open without opening both doors. It also broke down after a month. It stopped cooling.
