    Pros: sleek, simple appearance, relatively compact. Cons: terrible wheel design, no customization of shelving, can't remove ice maker to increase fridge space. Details: the wheel design is awful- a thin piece of protective rubber around a hard plastic roller. The rubber around two wheels have blown out so far (see photo), making it impossible to roll the refrigerator without risking damage to our floors. Definitely contacting Samsung for replacement wheels or a full refrigerator replacement.

      To protect the floor, put a large piece of cardboard along the path to the refrigerator's final installation location. Once the fridge is in its final position, do not move it unless necessary to protect the floor; if you have to move the refrigerator, place thick paper or cloth such as old carpets along the path of movement.

    I must be honest. I purchased this refrigerator based on the good reviews site unseen, however I am highly disappointed. The external size of the unit is large, but the internal depth is quite small. Coming from an older model Samsung feeling like I took a big loss when it comes to internal capacity. My old refrigerator was the exact size externally, however could hold much more food internally. The two stars were given for the pretty color.

    Very deceiving design but it’s a trouble sometimes

    Nice modern design “but” the problem is: THE TEMP GOES DOWN FOR SOME REASON (it cannot hold much food), once it happens the food get spoiled. You need to pull it out and unplug for about a minute or two, plug back in and push it where it should be. Check the temp and you’ll see how warm it is inside the fridge/freezer. Then set it up to your desired temp. Thanks to a review where I found this trouble shooting otherwise you’ll not gonna see this in the manual. We just bought this not long time ago this year in 5/27/21. And if the electricity went off, and you’re away….what’s gonna happen?

    Noisy, and then intermittently the fridge section itself makes this hissing sound when it is working to cool off. Also I was excited since this fridge was pretty affordable, but since getting it my energy bill has gone up on average around $30 a month (compared with same months from the previous year). It is the only new appliance or thing that’s been different and the power bill started going up the exact same month fridge was installed. Maybe there’s a reason these fridges are much cheaper (they’re similar price in the long run with their energy consumption). Overall it is still functioning a few months later so that I am thankful for.

    The basics are OK but * The ice cubes are not cubes but wedges :-( not what was in the images )-: * The water that feeds the ice maker is super loud * None of the doors are smooth tons of friction to use * there are not enough drawers and the shelves cannot be moved around. (It seems like no engineering went into this product)

    When will we get quality products and service agai

    Bought new. Motherboard broke w/in 3 months of light use. Service took weeks (by the what do u do w ur food?) and ended up not fixing it due to Samsung regulations. Had to complain to fix it months later. This unit also doesn’t come w an internal water filter!!! So don’t buy one as suggested like I did. You have to hook this up to an ext water filter. So much grief in a short period of time for a fridge…?

    I gave it 2 stars due to if you have a family of 6 this refrigerator is not for you. You cant hold enough stuff in it for a big family and the freezer draw doesnt come out far enough. I will be replacing mine here soon so i do not recommend this one to anyone

    Randomly stops working.

    Refrigerator continues to shutoff and the ice melts creating a pool of water. We have calls into Best By and they are scheduled to come out next week. We can’t trust the refrigerator to put food in it because we don’t know when it will stop working. Full disclaimer, we did purchase this unit via Best Buy Outlet as a scratch and dent unit.

    I had previously purchased the Samsung RF19ACRS stainless counter depth in 2014 from Best Buy. It became nonrepairable due to sealed system issues (compressor failed, electrical parts, etc.), so I ordered this one. I did not like this design, it was much louder, and the overall was disappointing enough that I returned it to Best Buy, and went with an LG model LMWC23626S 4 door French door. This one I LOVE! Fit and finish are great, and it is silent!

    great looking fridge but it stopped cooling 3 weeks after Best Buy delivered it :( noticed a weird burny/chemical smell and the next day the contents werent cold anymore. Just in time for an upcoming heatwave, yay.

    Best Buy did a terrible job installing the fridge. Until a few days ago (2.5 weeks after delivery) the freezer did not work. Then it just began working.

    A Bad Experience. Home Depot never let me down

    Wasn't A smooth process. Went in ordered a refrigerator. Set up delivery. Right before delivery it wanted to change delivery so I did. Then wanted to change again. So I called and go the run around. To make a long story short didn't get refrigerator I wanted and didn't get it when I needed it. They gave me the run around. Never got compensated for trouble. Then refrigerator came with a dent it it. When they called the day I received it I told them of the dent and they forwarded me to somewhere and I got cut off. They never called me back.

    Not what I expected. Only realized there is NO FILTER for the water to make the ICECUBES. There is NO Water Dispenser. I thought there was a hidden door as other models have this compartment. Part to attach waterline to fridge is not anywhere to be found at hardware stores. We looked 5 different places. OVERPRICED for the Size of the Fridge and everything else that's not there. We returned it immediately.

    The fridge is very nice but I ordered a fridge with handles and got home and the paperwork the salesman gave me had this fridge. It is very nice but not what we discussed.

    Fridge works ok, arrived dented up. Multiple dents in both top doors and the packaging was ripped in a few spots due to mishandling. No help from the local Best Buy store nor customer service on the phone. I was blamed for the damage since I hauled the fridge myself. Will never purchase from Best Buy again.

    Pleasant to look at but a piece of junk. Only have it for 8 months, temperature setting isn't working correctly, warranty rep saying "it may be the compressor." Messed up my food, very upset over this purchase.

    It's a nice refrigerator but, the ice maker is EXTREMELY noisy and the ice falls on the floor when the ice bucket is full. Shouldn't there be a pan that catches the ice?
