    This was an open box purchase, nice looking little fridge unfortunately we could never get it leveled and working one month the freezer failed and everything became thawed.

    Doors do not close on their own. Have to push them closed. Shelf placement is not designed well. Only one can be moved about two inches up or down. Shelves in doors ok. Just not enough room for milk and big 2 liters of soda upright.

    I fine the refrigerator runs loud almost continuously. I reviewed the manual and contacted the Sansung company, this didn’t help. I am not satisfied with the loudness and different sounds that comes from this product.

    Fridge has no real draws for lunch meats etc. No door handles to pull on have to pull on top of the door to open doors very poor design.

    Super small fridge. Only got it because the next size up didn’t fit. Only two drawers in this fridge. And the fridge isn’t deep. It is not finger resistant

    Looks good but cheap thin stainless steal!! Light weight shelfing. The product took 3 months to get then they left it in our house for 3 weeks befor they installed it.

    Don't buy this model

    It's hard to find many models with these dimensions. I wish I didn't buy this specific Samsung model. This refrigerator happens to be super noisy (much more louder than the GE refrigerator that I've replaced). There is a whole 2-page chapter in the manual about the fridge noise with pictures, basically telling customers that the fridge noise is a known and thoroughly documented feature and that requesting a noise-related service would cost you money. Besides, its surface gets covered with fingerprint easily (like it happens with any other mirror-polished surfaces). Everything else is nice in this refrigerator. I like its generous space and WiFi connectivity. Delivery and installation was flawless.

    So far this refrigerator has been performing well. I upgraded my appliances from black to stainless steel and think this refrigerator looks really sheek for my small kitchen. This isn't a family refrigerator, but better suit for a single person or a couple with no kids. From reading the comments, people has stated that it stops cooling, but I do not have my refrigerator set on "peak demand" all the time, so hopefully I will not have the same issue others have stated. Otherwise, I like it!

    Looks Great, Dents Easily. The look and function of the fridge is great, clean without handles as long as you're okay with opening from the bottom of the door and plenty of space for what we needed. But has been an easy scratch and dent. Would not recommend for house with kids cause it will get dinged. Which impacts the look based on its flat front. You have been warned.

    Had the previous model (with handles) which we licked, but it had an issue with coils freezing because of defective evaporator clip. After 4 time replacing the evap. clip and back panel, Best Buy replaced the refrigerator (with geek squad warranty). Due to our kitchen space, we were limited to this model- it was the only one that would it our space. Was not a fan of the lack of handles and hate it even more now that we have it in our kitchen. The design of the freezer door "handle" allows dirt, crumbs, and everything you don't want to fall in there. The space is awkward and cleaning it is a pita. Now, felt like the fridge was not as cold as it should be. Put a thermometer in it and it was reading 50 degrees (no- we don't have the freezer over full and the settings were proper, according to samsung). after adjusting several times, we are at the lowest temp setting and the fridge barely holds at 42 and the freezer at 5. Last, the freezer door has dented EXTREMELY easily. 18 y/o daughter used her knee to close the drawer (LACK OF HANDLE) and now we have knee dents. I wanted to like this model, but I can't.

    Fridge has a nice sleek look and works well. Only issue is sometimes the freezer doesn’t shut all of the way and the sensor cannot detect it. It ruined a whole freezer full of groceries a week after I got it. I have since really made sure it’s pushed ALL of the way closed hard.

      For safety reasons, adjust the front a little higher than the rear. By tilting the fridge back in small increments on the right and left sides, the doors should automatically close when the doors are open halfway. Once achieved, make sure the fridge is level.

    The fridge stopped working 4 days after being delivered. Samsung was NOT helpful at all. But Best Buy replaced it. 7 days later I'm having issues with the freezer, but at this point I will pushed through. Love the look of the fridge though.

    Terrible installers

    The refrigerator itself is great - I’d give it 5 stars. The review is not 5 stars because Best Buy (along with Home Depot, etc.) choose to use a terrible, incredibly subpar outside service to deliver and “install” their appliances. We’ve never seen anything done so poorly. Took hours of phone calls and 3 (yes, THREE) additional service calls over the next TWO WEEKS to get the appliances connected appropriately and in the end, the microwave was never vented. Had our construction crew not been there to babysit the installers we wouldn’t have known they neglected to follow code on the range install, or the water line on the fridge or vent the microwave. The only correct install (I think), was the dishwasher. We flip houses so we’ve seen a thing or two. MAJOR mistake Best Buy. Go to Abt - they’ll do it right.

    Samsung 17.5 ft 3-Door French Door Doors - beware

    When opening right door, the vegetable/fruit is not easily accessible unless both doors open. When opening left door, you must pull hard. When to close left door, you must open the right door and close both. If you don't the right door pops open when left door is closed. If you don't think to close right door, the alarm goes off but not for very long. The alarm does not stay on until the door(s) are closed. Disappointed in all these aspects.

    My automatic ice maker has to be operated manually because it does not know when the container is full and stop producing ice. The ice cubes fall down behind the drawer and stay there r come flying out the bottom of the fridge onto the kitchen floor. Called Samsung and their people told me to operate the ice maker manually to fix the problem (I’m really mad )!!

    Worked great for the first year, then the freezer drawer started to stick and was heavy to close. Ice maker stopped working. Was under warranty and all parts were changed but a few months later the freezer stopped working

    People are trying really hard, it is too bad BestBuy can’t get out of their way. This WAS part of a multi appliance purchase which had to cancel because BestBuy systems, call center and obviously Corporate Management does want to help their people in the stores. The fridge is ok.

    I love this fridge but it does not sit level and I keeping being told it is my floor. I have it siting on a board on the right side, you cannot adjust the back wheels. For me I think the adjusting is defective. The product arrived with an extreme leaning towards the back. I mean extreme. I understand it should lean back but this is exteme.
