I just received this refrigerator a week ago, has great features! Cools well and is very quiet. Haven’t gotten my ice maker to work yet. Only con is that I wish the shelves were more customizable. For example, you can not fit a lactaid milk 96oz in the top, middle, or bottom shelves. It must be stored on the shelves on the doors. My water jar doesn’t fit upright either, so their is limited space for larger bottles.

Very straight and clean lines. It cooled down in about 24 hours. I wish it was another cubic foot bigger. The produce drawers are small and do not roll out smoothly - not sure if it’s a poor fit or bad design. The freezer only has one light on the left. Why aren’t there 2 lights? It seems dark. Maybe I am missing a light?

I wanted a counter depth fridge that would fit in a smaller space. This was the only one I could find locally in stock and under $1,500. It works as it should. In hindsight, I would have waited for a model with handles to become available. It has a sleek look, but opening and closing the doors are a bit annoying.

Well. The shelves, there's not much in the way of adjustments. My favorite tea pitcher would not fit at all. So I'm having to get creative. And the doors do not close smoothly at all. I'm scared that they may break.

Just got it on 3/4/24. So far is working as it should. Perfect to place in the garage for extras, since it has perfect size, not too big, not too small.I bought as opened box, it was showed in good condition, but has some ding infront when delivery.

So far I enjoy having the Samsung fridge it is easy to clean inside and out. Unlike some of my past ones. However I do wish it had more shelf movement options.

Seems to be a good product. Nice and quiet unlike my 5-year-old GE. Only issue so far is that I had to pace a 1/4 of shims in the back to level to refrigerator.

You need to provide more adjustments for the shelves. I can’t believe I can’t put my milk bottles and juice bottles on the interior shelves. And I had to use a vegetable drawer for my dairy products. But the good thing is my rescue beagle can’t open the door. He could get into my former refrigerator which had a top freezer.

Moved in to our new place and I the fridge was a perfect size for it but next one shall be the one with the screen.

The only thing that took time to get used to was not having pull handles.

Perfect Counter Depth Refrigerator. Samsung has a larger one that I originally wanted, but it was not the right size for my kitchen.

My Samsung refrigerator is really nice. I love it. The only downside is a lack of large item space for things like carton containers, large condiment items and jugged style containers. They do not fit on the shelves, it only fits on the side of the doors in certain slots.

very nice, roomy, classic, it makes my kitchen looks like a million dollars!!! Love it!!

Wish it had more then 2 level options for each shelf but over all nice fridge

There is a lot to love about this refrigerator. I have had it for over two weeks and I have been pleased with the look, the quietness, and the ability to consistently keep our items cold. I didn't know it had Wifi abilities, will look into that and what it adds to my experience. Everyone comments when they see it, where are the handles, I think I love that the most - no handles to get dirty with finger prints and knuckle prints. But there is one thing I am very displeased about this unit. The icebox area is extremely small. and with the ice maker it gets even smaller. If you like frozen pizzas - may be a challenge to house them in this model. We are retired and have little need for lots of groceries - it is just us two. But when we had a family of five, I would have to invest in an external freezer to house our food supply if I had this model. We were forced due to the space allowance in our condo to this size of refrigerator. I suspect if others are buying this size they too are in a downsize living situation and a small or smaller freezer would not be a major issue. But if you need lots of freezer space - please review before you buy.

Smaller width and counter depth fridge which is hard to find. Fits our space great which is 37” but has a wall on one side so wouldn’t allow a standard size fridge to open. Despite small size is roomy inside. Only thing that knocks this down is no water filter for the ice maker and no water dispenser.

I like this product because it is space-saving and having the freezer on the bottom makes it so much easier. I like that it has interior LED lighting and that it can cooperate with my local energy provider to save energy as we are on one of their smart energy plans. I would say the downside is that within a few months some of the plastic door trays for holding condiments and such are cracking and that the black stainless steel finish immediately chipped. We are careful with our appliances and yet the finish is not quite perfect and we've had a few dents as well. I love the look of it overall and the ease of use.

Very good so far. Very spacious Samsung great quality. Very quiet and so far a great model. Big columns and freezes very good up and cool the meat and fish chicken.
