Great fridge. Sleek, big and bright. Quiet and nicely organized. My only suggestion is could use to add a deli/cheese drawer. Overall very nice, affordable purchase.

Work spectacularly, was perfect size for the space, it's exactly what I needed and wanted and the delivery/instillation was perfect and professional.

Could be better, but it fits our space and has a very sleek look. Really liked the black stainless finish, but be careful-- it scratches and dents very easily! We don't even have kids or pets, and it's already happened. I am not a fan of how the french doors open/close but our last fridge was one door, so that might be a personal opinion. As for size, being smaller & counter depth is fine as it fit our space but the design could've been better. In fridge, we had to remove a shelf and the door bins are hard to put taller items in. As for the freezer, we do not use an ice maker so that is mostly wasted space but I am able to store small/shorter items there. The big freezer bin on bottom is a pain as it's hard to organize it (no separation) and if items aren't arranged perfectly they'll get in the way of the door being closed. Unfortunately I found this out the hard way when I saw ice build up on day 2 of using. Compared to our last same sized (Samsung) refrigerator, I can't put as much in either fridge or freezer compared to this model. We are not using the wi-fi option (and I read bad reviews on using that...) so I can't comment on any of the other features.

Nice design. Freezer compartment quit freezing twice but has been OK for last couple of weeks. The shelves would be nicer if they had more adjustment. All in all a decent unit,

Happy with my purchase and the delivery. The staff arrived on time and were very friendly. I am also happy with the product so far. It's just what I needed and had a very easy setup. I needed to downsize from my 24.5 cu ft fridge due to space limitations. It doesn't even feel like I downsized. I like the design and efficiency.

I needed a refrigerator that would fit counter depth in a tight spot and this one did the trick perfect. My only complaint really is that it doesn’t have a water dispenser. I’ve had it for two weeks now and I really enjoy this refrigerator I think it’s a great option for those needed in a small space.

We love our new fridge, it's the perfect size. It's great to have the French Door, there is plenty of space both on the bottom/freezer and top.

We really like the refrigerator, it's a spacious upgrade from what we had before and we love the see through shelving, which is super easy to clean. The only issue we've had is getting the wifi to connect with samsung smart things, and how little ice it makes at a time. Other than that, we have really been enjoying it.

Love the fridge. Fits the space perfectly, Runs quite. Oddly seems to be larger on the inside than our old, larger fridge. ONE problem is the spacing of the shelves. The door pockets will hold a gallon of milk, but you can't fit a gallon jug on any of the shelves! Forget a standard bottle of wine. Sure there is space in the doors, and we have gotten used to a different organization now. But that milk thing was a surprise. The bottom freezer is huge and keeps frozen things frozen! Overall we love it!!

This refrigerator really suits my needs. It is big enough for my family. It keeps everything cold and it doesn't make a lot of noise.

Purchased this as an extra fridge while we renovate our kitchen. Like the size and the pullout freezer. Options for full height items like gallon jugs of milk or pop seem primarily for the doors. Got an open box item so appreciated the discount. If this were our primary fridge for a family of 6, probably not big enough, but serving its purpose well.

My Samsung 3 door french door refrigerator works great and fits everything that is needed. Space inside is perfect and is not too big but just enough for my Airbnb guest to appreciate. Fingerprints do show but are easily wiped away. I like the modern/contemporary design! I rated this a four out of five because I am still trying to figure out how to get the ice maker to work.

Purchased with a 5 year extended warranty. After explaining SEVERAL times and have them verify it was gouging an RV !! Upon delivery I was informed they could not install the unit and I have NO WARRANTY!!! Upon return store twice and talking to managers , I was refunded my extended warranty and installation fees !!! But I now have a fridge with ZERO WARRANTY!!! I paid full price for a fridge without the SAMSUNG 1/10 year warranty!! When I asked for compensation they refused!!! This is exact fridge that came in my RV new !!! Built into wall opening!!! No warranties are free !! It’s built into the price !!! Best Buy charged me $250 for a 3 year extension!! ( which they refunded ) but offers no compensation for a fridge with Zero warranty that I paid full price for !!! Only informing me after it was delivered!!!!! Rated a 1 star only because 0 is not an option!!!

We've had this fridge for two weeks now and it is great! Ultra cool temps, sleek look, and extra roomy for all our grocery needs.

We have a unique space in our kitchen where we had to get a fridge that was counter depth only. The corner cabinets wouldn’t open with a regular size fridge. This one works perfectly for us. It doesn’t work as well to put milk and pitchers on the shelves, but we make it work with that kind of stuff. We’re very happy with this fridge.

So far this refrigerator has been performing well. I upgraded my appliances from black to stainless steel and think this refrigerator looks really sheek for my small kitchen. This isn't a family refrigerator, but better suit for a single person or a couple with no kids. From reading the comments, people has stated that it stops cooling, but I do not have my refrigerator set on "peak demand" all the time, so hopefully I will not have the same issue others have stated. Otherwise, I like it!
