Works great. Very modern and good counter depth. It’s a little small due to the depth and have to get use to no handle but works great.

I love this! I have a really small space and it fit like a glove i would agree its good for small kitchens. The inside is good too just that the milk wont fit inside and u cant adjust the shelves butttt it firs perfect on the door so that solves that . Overall happy with my purchase no problems so far and freezer really spacious

With the dimensions I had to work with, I was limited with options for a refrigerator purchase, but I am glad I came across this one. The Refrigerator fits perfectly in the kitchen. The on-demand cooling feature is nice to have which allows you to quickly cool/freeze drinks and food that you recently put in the refrigerator. I also love that the refrigerator can be managed from the Samsung Smart Thing app as well as provide you alerts if there is any issues (if someone leaves the door open for example).

I thought it was going to be smaller, but it holds a lot of groceries.. The freezer is also bigger than it looks. Perfect size for smaller kitchen.

I haven't had any problems with this refrigerator as being new.

We really like space in the fridge, it So easy to organize and easy to get to.

We liked the counter depth along with the finish being more like the old stainless steel shine while still doing a good job minimizing fingerprints. Some other brands lately are looking pretty dull and inconsistent with their finishes in my opinion. We like the hand pulls on top of the doors (and bottom of the top doors) vs the handles... easy to get used to. The build is good and solid, and everything works well. It is as quiet as other refrigerators have and have had over the years. No complaints, but longevity won't be known for some time of course.

The Samsung 17.5 cu. ft. 3-door French door Counter depth refrigerator with twin cooling plus- stainless steel was a perfect fit. Once in place it was an easy install/setup. We couldn't be happier with the purchase, delivery and follow-up.

Excellent design. We had a problem that our door to the deck opens in the kitchen and the door was touching the previous refrigerator. This new counter-depth design with french door is helping us open the door and having sleek kitchen. One more thing I would like to mention here is I tried to search similar designs in other brands however Samsung is the only which has this amazing model.

This really is a great unit overall. It works perfectly and i have no issues with any operation or adjustability. It does however take on fingerprints pretty easily and with the handle setup the way it is you find yourself dragging your fingers to not slam the fridge doors shut. Given the size and the other options there is no other fridge freezer unit i would have picked. I’m happy with it.

I’ve had this refrigerator for 2 months and I’m very happy with it. There is a bleeping noise if you don’t close the door properly. It’s nice and bright when I open it and a nice ice machine. There are no handles on the door, so I’m getting used to that. I chose this refrigerator because it is energy efficient and my electric bill has shown a small decrease.

Havent figured out how to stop the ice drawer from pulling out when freezer is opened. Can't stand up a gallon of milk, have to use half gallon and lay it down. Inside space is smaller than old refrig.

Great design for our Condo, Doors operate flawlessly, Led lighting brightens everything one has. It has started saving money from day 1. Its connected to the (Smart things) app on my phone and with our electric company. Samsung sometimes has operating issues, but I installed a surge protector to connect it to and have had no problems. There was no issue installing my ice maker line, air was purged, in 24 hours I had ice. I read the manual, and had no trouble.

Like the refrigerator size and door opening. Would like a cheese drawer though
