After ordering the 19.5cuft one and then it became backordered (we found out the day it was to be delivered), we canceled and ordered this one. It is bright and easy to find things. The only downside is gallon jugs don't fit in the main compartment. Easy fix with the purchase of old fashioned milk bottles.

Great brand, will buy it again and again . And referral too

It’s great. I just don’t like how the shelving is not tall enough for things like Milk, juice. But that’s just a personal preference- nothing against the actual appliance.

Refrigerator continues to shutoff and the ice melts creating a pool of water. We have calls into Best By and they are scheduled to come out next week. We can’t trust the refrigerator to put food in it because we don’t know when it will stop working. Full disclaimer, we did purchase this unit via Best Buy Outlet as a scratch and dent unit.

Really great fridge, only issue is that the shelves arent bug enough to hold a water filter we had. Just wishbthe shelves were a little more spread apart hieght wise to allow taller items to fit.

I had previously purchased the Samsung RF19ACRS stainless counter depth in 2014 from Best Buy. It became nonrepairable due to sealed system issues (compressor failed, electrical parts, etc.), so I ordered this one. I did not like this design, it was much louder, and the overall was disappointing enough that I returned it to Best Buy, and went with an LG model LMWC23626S 4 door French door. This one I LOVE! Fit and finish are great, and it is silent!

Works fine, but corners on top of doors not very accurate factory bent, and look like dents.

We just wanted a nice fridge without all the Bells & whistle and this is it. Easy to see temperature. Nice open shelving. Fingerprints do show easily on outside surface.

My fridge was the best purchase I made at Best Buy, the store rep was 100% correct with the size I would need for my kitchen. Delivery service was professional and on point, gladly gave them a tip for being on time and professionalism! I would never go back to Lowe’s or Home dept for any appliance.

It is a great refrigerator that works for my rental. The tenants are very impressed. Durable and would buy again!

Bought two of these for apartments. Both failed within a few weeks. Samsung support recommended unplugging for a bit and plugging back in (a cold reboot, pun intended), Problem is, that's not a great solution for a fridge - we had tenants who had to throw out a significant amount of food as everything in freezer had melted. Best Buy was good about replacing - so far so good with the second set of units, but based on other reviews there is a design flaw with this fridge, or a bunch of bad batches. Would recommend going a different direction for your next fridge.
