    It’s great. I just don’t like how the shelving is not tall enough for things like Milk, juice. But that’s just a personal preference- nothing against the actual appliance.

    My fridge was the best purchase I made at Best Buy, the store rep was 100% correct with the size I would need for my kitchen. Delivery service was professional and on point, gladly gave them a tip for being on time and professionalism! I would never go back to Lowe’s or Home dept for any appliance.

    Works fine, but corners on top of doors not very accurate factory bent, and look like dents.

    Failure-prone fridge is to be avoided

    Bought two of these for apartments. Both failed within a few weeks. Samsung support recommended unplugging for a bit and plugging back in (a cold reboot, pun intended), Problem is, that's not a great solution for a fridge - we had tenants who had to throw out a significant amount of food as everything in freezer had melted. Best Buy was good about replacing - so far so good with the second set of units, but based on other reviews there is a design flaw with this fridge, or a bunch of bad batches. Would recommend going a different direction for your next fridge.

    The products are very nice and the people who came to install the refrigerator, microwave, and stove were really nice. 10/10 I recommend anyone these products, they are so nice in person and worth the money!

    For the price, it is a decent appliance. I struggle with the storage on the doors. It has the ability to hold only 1-gal of something on either of the doors. Also, things like syrup bottles are too tall to stand between shelves. The top of the fridge is constantly smudged since there are no handles. Overall, it's a good unit but I would not buy it again.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent Best Buy online purchase (August 2025). The item I ordered was on sale, and with the promotion plus the 15% new credit card discount, my total should have been around $828. Instead, I just received a statement for $907.09. When I called customer service to resolve this, I was transferred between multiple departments and kept on hold for over an hour. No one could give me a clear answer or take responsibility for fixing the issue. The whole experience was frustrating, stressful, and a huge waste of time. I trusted Best Buy to honor the advertised pricing and promotions, but this has been nothing but a headache. If this is how customers are treated, I’ll have to think twice before shopping here again.

    I mostly purchased this due to it's clean and minimalistic design, but the fridge almost instantly died after delivery. A week in, the thermostat stopped working and thawed everything out and it had to be unplugged and plugged back in to work. Best Buy replaced it, but sadly it took like 2 weeks! In other words, I couldn't have any groceries, perishables or home cooked meals for half a month. Now, I have a new second one, and the thermostat works but it's still just bleh. The ice maker overfills so every time you open the freezer, ice gets dumped out all over the floor. Also, when cleaning the fridge out, the door being left open just for a minute results in annoying beeping, where the only way to get it to stop is close both doors and re-open them. So if it takes 3 or 4 minutes to clean out the fridge, you have to open and close the doors 3 times. Sure, the WiFi stuff works so now my phone notifies me when the door opens or closes, but I have no idea who needs that feature. It also claims to have a "power-cool" option where it makes your drinks cold really fast, but it's easier to just put a soda in a freezer for a few minutes. On the bright side, at least it works now and it looks really good but those are very low standards for an item over $1,000, especially from Samsung who I normally love.

    Looks good, interior lacks a deli/cheese bin. Must open the right door to access the left; this will cause problems and someone is likely to try and force the left door open.

    It’s sleek but always has fingerprints where door handles should be. When friends are over they naturally palm the door to close it Regret buying this because of that.

    The fridge is ok. The no-handle idea looks good, but results in a tremendous amount of fingerprints on the front. It is good that it cleans easily, because you will be cleaning it often. Best Buy offers good deals, but the service is TERRIBLE. My fridge came with a dent. When I called the service number, a nice lady in India said, "so sorry for your extreme disappointment" and hung up on me.
