    Buyer beware, this fridge doesn't work

    Terrible fridge. The cooling would stop working, despite the display showing cold temperatures. After power cycling, the display would then show the correct (warm) temperatures and begin cooling down. After a small amount of time (less than 24 hours) the same thing would happen all over again. I lost a ton of food as I worked with Samsung support for months. Finally, I was given a replacement unit after Samsung told me mine was defective. The SAME thing happened less than 6 hours after plugging it in!! I now have to jump through yet another lengthy return process without a working fridge. There are other reviews with the same issues, DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!!

      If your freezer is not freezing, or if your fridge or other temperature-controlled compartments (such as FlexZone) are not cooling, there are several options for fixing the problem and correcting the temperature.

      If you just received the unit, please ensure it is not in demo mode. It will look like it is ON but is in the showroom demo mode. This mode will disable the cooling system in your refrigerator, freezer, and ice maker.

    Doesn’t have enough space to store milk jugs and stuff. I had to purchase extra storage from Amazon just to be able to fit everything I needed and still keep the fridge clean. Other than that I have no complaints.

    ice maker does cubes and then the cubes freeze together .... i'll get back to this issue when life is better ....

    great looking fridge but it stopped cooling 3 weeks after Best Buy delivered it :( noticed a weird burny/chemical smell and the next day the contents werent cold anymore. Just in time for an upcoming heatwave, yay.

    Love this fridge! Ice batch takes about 75 minutes, peak demand feature is great when loading groceries and during parties. Bright LED lights.

    So far out of a month of ownership the refrigerator/freezer has thawed twice. When you call Best Buy you get transferred to Samsung. They don’t really care that you lost a refrigerator and freezer worth of food, they tell you to reboot the thing by unplugging it and plugging it back in after 5 minutes. That works for a week or two.

    Best Buy did a terrible job installing the fridge. Until a few days ago (2.5 weeks after delivery) the freezer did not work. Then it just began working.

    A Bad Experience. Home Depot never let me down

    Wasn't A smooth process. Went in ordered a refrigerator. Set up delivery. Right before delivery it wanted to change delivery so I did. Then wanted to change again. So I called and go the run around. To make a long story short didn't get refrigerator I wanted and didn't get it when I needed it. They gave me the run around. Never got compensated for trouble. Then refrigerator came with a dent it it. When they called the day I received it I told them of the dent and they forwarded me to somewhere and I got cut off. They never called me back.

    The only fridge that fit our small kitchen

    All good for our small kitchen space. The only bad thing is it does not have built in water filter, and makes ice without a water filter so now we need to find an external water filter for the ice maker.
