Unplugged it and restored power, and it resumed cooling. This has happened 2 more times in the following 2-3 weeks. I don't live near a city, so I already know this will be a pain in the butt to resolve. Not looking forward to it. Let's hope Samsung doesn't give me the run around. Looking at the other, it seems like a common issue. I'm pretty gobsmacked. This has one critical function, and it can't even do that reliably.

It's very spacious on the inside and just does what we need it to since we don't have a water line we didn't need that.
