    Pretty small fridge that is awkward to open since the handles are on the top and bottom. Not sure if this is a widespread issue but ours had a bent arm on the freezer which caused the cooling unit to run constantly and never get to the correct temp. Also, the ice maker never worked. Both items are covered under warranty but still a hassle since the thing was brand new.

    We haven't plugged in the refrigerator. It is going into the build out of our basement and we wanted the appliance on hand for the carpenters. Please don't consider our rating as anything other than prerating.

    The fridge i got was a good deal and all but with all the crap I had to go thru made me very upset and took at least a dozen calls back n forth to accomplish a 3 star

    Counter depth do not appreciate that I cannot move shelves. Doors have no handles do not like that and doors dent very easily

    Disappointed in Samsung refrigerator

    I haven’t had it a month and it has stopped cooling 3 times. I had to unplug and replugti save my food - and I’m afraid to leave it because it just stops cooling without any warning- freezer items lost and milk goes to room temperature. I checked air space around all vents inside and out - plenary of space.

    Stay away from Samsung Refrigerators

    I was so excited to have a Samsung Fridge. After it was installed it stopped cooling, 6 days later. I had to call and they sent me a new one. I had the new one for 12 days, and it stopped cooling. Moral of the story, stay away from Samsung refrigerators.
