Came home from out of town and all the food was warm/spoiled. What's worse, the internal reading and the "SmartThings" app were both reading different temperatures. (the app is garbage). My local repair service will not service samsung appliances. I may be without a fridge for a couple weeks waiting for samsung support to get back to me.

Don’t buy whatever you do. First one lasted 13 months. First the freezer went then the whole fridge. Lost $600 in food. Finally got a replacement- was happy to finally have groceries for the first time in 1.5 months- replacement broke within 1 week. I cannot even begin to tell you the amount of stress, money in take out, unhealthy food this fridge has put on my family. I feel dumb for replacing w the same model.

It's a nice refrigerator but, the ice maker is EXTREMELY noisy and the ice falls on the floor when the ice bucket is full. Shouldn't there be a pan that catches the ice?

I purchased this fridge had to wait two weeks to get it delivered so I waited and the night before I checked the status and had to reschedule and had to wait two extra weeks it was a bit upsetting since it was a gift for my mom. Overall it’s okay

This fridge is clearly haunted. It keeps beeping at me if it gets left open for too long. It wants to plan my meals. It sends me notices through my phone. It tells me to perform unspeakable evils.
Other than that, solid fridge. the freezer is a little small, but it's not too bad.

It’s a smaller fridge yes, but there is very little space in the fridge and freezer.
The doors do not close easy, so sometimes they get left cracked open if one of the kids gets into it.
The bottom freezer door is very wobbly when pushing it back in.
Our power went out for 2 hours and when it came back on the fridge was already at 72 degree. So it does not hold any cold.
It has now started making cracking noises after having a little over 2 months. Just so happens to be RIGHT outside the return window of corse when that started happening.
Would not recommend.

What is the point of having a nice Fridge that doesn't keep your items cold? The day this brand new Fridge was delivered we plugged it in and the temp went to 68 degrees in the fridge when the setting was at 38 degrees, Once it hits 68 degrees the fridge turns off, the freezer never made ice and didn't get cold at all. $200 worth of food destroyed. Stay away from Samsung kitchen products, They are beautifully designed but are not made to last. Frigidaire is the way to go.
