Our only regret is that water was not available on our model

Compact but with plenty of convenient space to fit many larger items. Drawers move smoothly and keep my produce fresh. Freezer is super cold with a relatively quiet ice maker. Samsung did it right

I think it's a great refrigerator. You will need to purchase a water filter since it's not included. I only wish that the freezer drawer would extend out some more. Also the little compartments on doors are not moveable. You either have them or u dont.

This one fits perfectly in my kitchen, nice minimal design, lights are great, keeps fruits and veg longer love it, delivered on time.

I am still in the process of getting the bugs worked out. The ice has a very chemical taste. After having done all the troubleshooting and spoke to the live chat I am now waiting for service. They gave me a ticket number and said I would hear back within 24 hours. That was 48 hours ago. Also the freezer handle falls off in my hand. I gave three stars because I am hoping to get this straightened out

I love not having to bend over to see the stuff but found a few problems. The freezer drawer does't pull out far enough to see what's in the rear half of the drawer and the shelves in the main part aren't adjustable. There isn't enough space to put all the tall bottles in. I have to lay them on their sides.

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. I like the freezer being on the bottom, and I like the quality the ice maker puts out. My one gripe is shelf height. There is not possible way to arrange the shelves so that you can fit a two liter soda bottle or a tea pitcher. I ended up just leaving a shelf out.

We received this refrigerator (the first time) at the beginning of September. It never seemed to keep refrigerator adequately cool. Purchased a thermometer to measure the range of temperatures... ranged from 30 to 50, no matter what it was set on. Best Buy sent a replacement for the first refrigerator. The second one had the same problem in the refrigerator compartment, but now the freezer ranged between 15 above to 40 below zero. In addition, it made noises that I had never heard from an appliance before. It, too, has been replaced now, with a different brand.

This fridge is exceptionally quiet, even when making ice. The french doors and dual cooling keep things evenly cool. The movable feed drawer is also a great feature.

I was happy with the purchase of Samsung - 17.5 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator - Stainless Steel (Silver). It has been exchanged to the another refrigerator because the ice maker problem. Jenny Dang, sale person, was helped me with the exchange/replacement item. Thanks for her great service.

We needed an odd width and depth fridge, this one doesn't have a lot of thrills on it but does exactly what we need it to do.

I was a little nervous about this product, but once I got it it was a perfect fit for my kitchen. I can't stop looking at it because it is beautiful.

This fridge was just what we needed to entertain out in the barn. Compact yet large enough to have guests over. Primary use is for entertainment.

Love my frig shelves are difficult to move. It is spacious good choice for me

This is a counter depth fridge so interior volume is less which I knew buying it and so should you. What I don't like is the big lump on top. I hat to cut my cabinets to make this fit. Otherwise it works great and we are accustomed to the space now.

I bought this refrigerator because the kitchen is poorly designed and small. I wanted the French door style but most of them were far to large. So far I am happy except for the movable fresh food drawer. It is too small to hold more that a few pieces of cheese.
