Works well. Runs quiet. No water or ice. some confusion on that as delivery brought water line . I plan to return the line.

We had originally booked our waterline set up for two days after the drop off. The outside technician never came and MN Plumbers didn't return 4 phone calls/voicemails and one email. I had to call Best Buy back to reschedule for two weeks later! Once the new tech came it was awesome! He set the line up super fast and even taught me a few things. I really appreciate that he wore his mask the entire time.

Separate temperature settings for refrigerator and freezer. Large bottom freezer makes it easier to find items. Has a built-in ice cube maker. Lots of refrigerator space.

I love my new fridge! The vegetable drawers are super spacious! I don't like that I don't have many options to adjust the shelves as needed but not a deal breaker

This refrigerator is basic but has great quality, door sensor, bright lighting and so much space!! We love it and it is the perfect addition to our new kitchen

I recently replaced my old Samsung refrigerator that I had for over 10 years. It had developed some problems and I decided to get a new one. I had to buy the same model as I had custom cabinets put in my kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised...it's larger inside and it has LED lights so it's a lot brighter inside...I was able to get it delivered on a Saturday and I was happy that the installers were able to come a few minutes early...they called me to make sure...the window of delivery was noon-6 and it was nice to have it installed at 11:50 am which gave me enough time to restock the fridge early!

The refrigerator is really good and the counter depth makes the kitchen feel and look bigger.

I always try to buy Samsung appliances because we have always had good luck with them. We purchased this exact refrigerator 5 years ago and then moved and could not take it with us. So happy to have it back! I noticed they made some improvements since our last purchase. They moved the motor.to the bottom vs the top and this made a definite improvement to a slight noise we had heard when running before. They also improved some of the shelving and space. Have had it running now for a month and very happy! Never had issues with our prior unit either. Great buy when you would like a counter depth or have a smaller space.

For the price, this is great! The fridge had a decent amount of space, although I wish the freezer is a tad bigger since I’m a Costco shopper. Overall great buy and price.

I really like this refrigerator but I would not recommend this size for a family. I am single so it’s perfect for me being I don’t buy gallon jugs of anything. I did not hook up the ice machine and I haven’t had any problems with noise like some of the other reviews say. I love the look of it and mine is magnetized which I was happy about I would recommend a family to get a full size one

I bought this refrigerator to replace the Kenmore I’ve had for the last 19 years. It could be a little bigger. I can’t put a lot of tall items in it because of the height - and I can’t move the shelves to accommodate them. I wish the bottom pull out freezer door came out a little more also. Good for very small family or empty nesters. No operational problems yet.

It is an excellent refrigerator for the price. The only draw back is that there is not enough space between shelves for some items to stand up. The freezer is excellent. overall I'm pleased with the purchase.

I wanted a inexpensive french door fridge and I bouth this Samsung for a very good price and I loved it. I beleive best buy has the best prices in the market.
