I have had this refrigerator for 2 years 5 months and it’s rubbish. Water builds up in the bottom of the refrigerator and forms a sheet of ice. Since the back wall freezes behind the panel some items in the fridge will freeze, frozen lettuce does not recover. They say it’s a standard problem. Stay away from Samsung refrigerators. I have to buy a new one already. What a waste of $1000+

Purchased this refrigerator and when it arrived it was even better than what we expected. Looks great in our kitchen, plenty of room in freezer drawer with a nice pull out basket / tray. Sleek modern design.

Keeps food cold but you have to thaw out ice cream. Can be noisy at times but overall is a good product and maintains the right temperature for fresh food and freezer food. Roll out freezer is very convenient.

Great looking fridge and it works well but it has it’s quirks. Does everything it’s supposed to do really well but if there’s a buildup of ice, the fan will start to roar. Another thing is the ice build up is unpredictable, it just happens sometimes. That’s the only problem I’ve had with it so I would recommend this to anyone.

Good product, would recommend for the price. Makes a buzzing noise about every 10 minutes

Love this refrigerator, its almost the same as the one that died on us only a little bit smaller and love the lower freezer bin this time with no divider. We are very familiar with this brand.

Needed a fridge that fit in our kitchen . This fridge is great only problem is we can’t fit gallon milk jugs :( but we can still buy the half gallons n place on door so still works out great .

This product is very nice, but unless you’re putting it in a very small place I would go what something bigger.

Good fridge. Only drawback is the ice spills out of the tray when it gets too full.

It’s nice, but I don’t know if the freezer is suppose to collect ice all over my food

I purchased this refrigerator for a great price and used it in one of my investment properties. It seems to work great and I am very happy with this purchase.

My refrigerator had broken and needed a specific size to fit in my kitchen. Mr Chang was very informative and efficient. He helped me with a small refrigerator until the delivery in a few days.

Had it for a month now. Love it. Live in apartment so it’s quite big for us which is great! No need to search for food anymore. Freezer section is big. Easy setup.

It hasn't been deliver to date. As soon as it is deliver I will give you a better review. I have a friend that owns one and my daughter as well and they love it.

The fridge fits our space perfectly, it is on the smaller side so don't expect to fit a lot of stuff in it. Reason I'm giving it a three stars = there's a dripping sound coming from the fridge that sounds like the water is hitting something very hot and turning into steam... Looks like I'll be contacting Samsung or getting a replacement

I was pleasantly surprised by the room in the refrigerator I was afraid it was going to be to small but it is a perfect fit in my small kitchen w/plenty of storage inside

Love this unit. Dual doors are a must for me now. Freezer is big. Only hiccup is the ice maker can spill into the freezer drawer. For that I am willing to be happy. Price was terrific.

The freezer is a little small & it makes alot of noises.
