    Ice maker doesn’t stop automatically. Bottom drawer freezer doesn’t pull out very far. Found crack on lower plastic shelf this morning.

We appreciate you informing us that the ice maker on your Samsung refrigerator doesn't stop automatically, the bottom drawer freezer doesn't pull over very far, and there's a crack in the lower plastic shelf. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. It's not the experience we want you to have with one of our products, and we'll be glad to look into this for you.

      As per checking, Samsung's ice makers are designed to stop when they're full. There are two methods for this: an optical sensor or a mechanical arm, which detects when ice has piled high enough. If your ice maker won't stop making ice, it means ice is not collecting high sufficient to reach the sensor or arm, typically because the ice bucket is not in the proper position.

    Water leakage inside fridge

    Starting to really hate this refrigerator due to pool of water always forming at the bottom of the drawers and inside as well. I have to manually take out the water every WEEK. I have technicians come by and attempt to fix the issue but here I go again the following month calling in for them to come. I have had parts replaced and or they just show up and say it just needs a reset. Why would it need these things in just 2 years? It would be nice if I can just return it or get a whole new replacement because I don't want a technicians to come by every month for the same issue. Just go with a different brand of fridge and save yourself the headache.

    Cold cut drawer in fridge doesn’t open far enough. Hard to get to back of drawer without removing contents in front. Freezer produces frost constantly. Ice container is terrible. EVERY TIME we open the freezer I’ve spills out into the back of the freezer floor. Would definitely not buy again and would exchange it if I was allowed.

    This was a temp refrigerator. I would not buy it. It feels extremely cheap. Test it out before using.

    Thought the noise would go away once it hit the right temperature. It never did. Was noisy Best Buy was great about getting me into a different refrigerator.

    The refrigerator makes a LOUD snapping and popping noise at least once every hour. Sometimes it makes this noise several times in an hour. It is not the ice maker making this noise.

    Ice still stinks 11 months later

    The ice from this ice maker still is unusable almost a year after the purchase. They say you have to run several batches before the bad taste is gone, well I've run hundreds. They say it's foods in the freezer, I've emptied the freezer and put everything in double freezer bags and still the water tastes exactly the same as the first batch. This is useless.
