    Worst appliance I have ever purchased! I had much higher expectations of Samsung but after only 2 years I had to pay over $350 in repairs and now after 2 more years I am spending another $400 in repairs not to mention all the food I had to throw away because the unit is not cooling. Their customer service is useless! Keep searching because Samsung has not figured out this technology yet!

    Compressor Died in 12 Months

    On top of that, the "Geek Squad" 3-year warranty could not fix the fridge, could not replace it until 2 months in the future, and charged me $200 more since the fridge was no longer on sale. Before you buy this fridge, know that it is poorly made and that you will get very little accountability from the Geek Squad should you purchase additional coverage.

    My experience with this fridge was a nightmare and the problems are all over the forums. Anyone who gives this a good rating hasn’t owned it very long. Do yourself a favor and take my advice and don’t buy a Samsung fridge. It’s basically a giant freezer with a worthless ice maker.

    Garbage company

    All Samsung refrigerators are Garbage. They do NOT stand behind their products. All ice makers freeze up and Samsung doesn't want to rectify the problem. I wish I could give no stars.
