When my new refrigerator arrived, the crew that delivered and installed it was absolutely great. After a few hours, though, I noticed that the freezer compartment wasn't getting any colder. I finally figured out that it wasn't closing properly because part of the drawer railing was broken. They replaced the whole fridge in two days with another great delivery and set-up crew. Thanks! The fridge itself is quiet, efficient, has a great ice maker, great lighting, and plenty of room for a two or three person household.

Salesman said it would fit my spot perfectly when gave him dimensions, come to find out delivery day the hinges of the door stuck up very high so I am unable to open my cupboard doors above, didn’t want to go through the hassle to return so just dealt with it. Also makes many strange noises other than that no complaints works as it should.

Installed this fridge earlier this year, it was great until we noticed the letters inside starting melting. Not sure why this happened... the fridge didn't overheat or anything. Like everyone else said, tall drinks are too small to put in here unless you put it in the fridge doors. Great fridge until the melting happened...

I didn’t see this in person, just thought it would fit my space well. It seems small inside but everything is fitting fine. It is super quiet running. Will leave fingerprints if you don’t ceramic coat the finish. I’m happy with my purchase overall. I believe it’s a well manufactured machine and will last many years.

Nicely priced simple fridge that fits perfect in an area where one of the doors will be butting up to a wall in our case.

Samsung has grabbed my attention and appreciation for this counter depth refrigerator. Sharp looking, quiet, and more door storage being without the ice and water dispenser. True it may have been better to be able to open the storage bins inside without having to slightly open the opposite door but minor drawback. Lots of storage space, great lighting and the freezer is a dream with large ice bin.

I wanted counter depth because of my small kitchen and this was one of the only ones I could find that was also the right width. I would like to have had water in the door, but this one cost $1,000 less than a comparable model that included that, so I'm happy with just the icemaker in the freezer.

I had my new fridgerator installed 2 days ago. I love the size and the French doors. I love how it is to my height and I don’t have to stoop down to get the food. The 2 cons is that it’s not as deep as it looks. And it’s easy to have fingerprints on the doors making everyday cleaning a chore.

I have a small space. I wanted a French door refrigerator and didn’t have many options. This one does not have movable shelves and only a tiny deli drawer. It was too tall and I would need to have cupboards redone to accommodate it. I ended up with a different refrigerator that fit better and had adjustable shelves. This was pretty and might work for some people.

So much to like -- design, lighting, space. A big step up from the side by side I had for 20+ yrs. My only complaint is that ice tends to fall out onto floor when I open the freezer door.

I have 2 different reviews. One for the fridge itself and one for process of actually getting the fridge. The fridge itself is nice but small. Takes a little getting used to. For instance, a watermelon wouldn't fit in it unless I cut it in two. There's one 1 spot where a gallon will fit. Once you figure that out it a nice unit. My second review is for the process in getting the fridge. Let's just say it was a nightmare. I will never EVER order a product from Best Buy that requires a delivery. No contact with the customer what so ever. I had to be proactive, otherwise I'd probably still be waiting for the product to arrive.
