I chose this refrigerator because I wanted a smaller unit and I don't need or like an external water dispenser. For the most part, it meets my expectations. But I was disappointed with the way the "french" doors on top close. When you want to shut them, they don't securely swing back into place with that feeling of natural momentum. Instead, they will sometimes remain ajar on one side or the other. You have to very deliberately make sure they have been secured shut. Frequently a door remains a little bit open without my being aware of it.

Great fridge. Fits perfect in my kitchen. Counter depth. Lots of room inside.

The movable drawer in the fridge does not slide to a point where an open door allows it to slide open. It is a small drawer but both doors must be open to access it..Not smart. Also they probably could have made the ice drawer a bit smaller and given more space to the rest of the freezer compartment. So far, that's all I would complain about. On the purchase and delivery side of things, the fridge required an inline filter and while I had bought one to be installed when the delivery people put in the water line, they did not have the right connectors for installing the filter and just left me to solve the problem myself. Not very professional of Best Buy to n not understand what was required. I spent extra money and time to solve the issue at a Lowe's Store.

This frig was purchased for a studio apt I am renovating. Thus, tenant's need for a spacious yet "regular" size frig was paramount. Frig meets those two requirements as it holds all fresh and frozen foods desired by a young millennial couple plus fits into the small kitchen space in the studio. To date, all compliments and no complaints.

Stainless steel looks nice, but finger prints are impossible to remove. Samsung customer service said to use dishwasher detergent. No use. Even stainless steel cleaners do not work on the refrigerator (although it works on my other stainless steel appliances)

One thing I don’t like about is the freezer is not very big, but overall good! Love it

This refrigerator was one of only a few available that would fit our small space. Very happy with it. Only cons is shelf spacing is not flexible enough to fit products sold in stores. Freezer space can be difficult to access and fit large items.

The frig provides lots of room at counter depth. Having the freezer on the bottom makes things easier to find. The one con, freezer fills with “snow” if not closed properly...

We were flooded by Hurricane Harvey and lost all of our appliances. This refrigerator was the first replacement we purchased. We are very pleased with the product.

I wanted a French door fridge and this is the only fridge that could fit my kitchen

This was a floor model and was priced very well. I like that its counter depth and looks great in my kitchen. Works well, however, I would've liked a few more shelving options. It's pretty limited and tall items are hard to fit even after adjusting the shelves. Overall though, nice looking and works well

Bought this to replace the original refrigerator in our camper. Great for the price and size if your wanting to convert to a residential refrigerator in your RV.

I bought this as a backup fridge since the one I wanted is on back order. It looks so good in my kitchen. And it’s just enough space. I actually really really like it. Such a clean look.

I was looking for a very specific counter depth fridge, and this model delivered. It fit well within the confines of a small apartment but the impressive capacity to store, the quiet compressor and frigid temperatures make it a top notch fridge. I would recommend this to anyone in an apartment or even as a second fridge in a large home.

My new Samsung French Door refrigerator meets all my expectations! I didn't know what refrigerator to get, because I have limited space in my kitchen, but my new Samsung fits just fine and is so spacious inside. I had trouble with poor door seals on my old refrigerator, but the Samsung seals are very tight!
