I like the french doors and the dinging to remind you it’s time to close the doors. Shelf space is not very organized. 2 weeks in and the ice still has a much starry taste to it and it is not pleasant. The freezer door handle came off within 2 weeks as well.

Needed a small fridge and this one was the only French door style that would fit. It's beautiful, however the shelf heights are extremely low, difficult to put a water pitcher in. The motor also makes a constant hum, then starts getting louder for several minutes, enough to have to turn my sound up on my TV

Love it so far. Especially the counter depth. Bright and clean as well.

So far so good. This is the perfect fridge for us. It is a bit smaller than our last one but turns out we can fit everything in because the layout is much better organized. Love how sleek it looks tucked into its spot, and with French doors there is a lot of flexibility in use; takes up less room and lets out less cold air than when we were rooting around inside our old one with the one big open door. And finally, it is much easier surface to clean and finding it less prone to streaks or smudges.

This product would get full stars if the doors closed a bit easier. There is a sound that goes off to let you know the doors are not secure. However, I find the doors don't close immediately like they should. That being said, I've never had food keep and stay well for so long. Fruits and vegetables have a long shelf life.

Good looking fridge . The space is so small even if i move around the shelves its not a perfect fit. The doors keep opening easily. I have to press firm on them , also the beeping of the door to let me know is open is not as loud for me to hear. Might consider this for a single person or small department

Looks great! Working as it should. Counter depth was the right move for my kitchen. Installers should remove all stickers before leaving!

I have had this fridge about a month so far, but so far so good. It was a huge upgrade from my previous fridge and I did not want a water/ice maker on the door. The fridge was a little loud at first, went away after playing with features. Otherwise no complaints!

Very nice counter depth unit. No water or ice maker but exactly what I need to not have space to walk around the kitchen.

I love the counter depth refrigerator. It fits much better into the space allotted for it. A great addition to my kitchen.

I was concerned upon reading service nightmares on Samsung products. But I live in New York CIty, and kitchens are very small and you have to buy 'counter appliances' (meaning a maximum of 24" deep) and this Samsung was the largest and had the most features of any counter fridge. I purchased it, after checking the ratings, and I am very happy I did. The capacity is huge for a counter appliance. I like that the temperature controls are on the frame top when the doors are opened. Also here is the turn on and off for the ice maker, which is very convenient. After two months I have no complaints.

It looks small from the outside but it's so big inside. I love it! My veggies and fruits stay fresh!

If you are working with a small space this is a nice choice. You can move one of the drawers around to make room. The ice maker works well.

This fridge is roomy, has large compartments for veggies and fruits and the temperature options are multiple.

it's better than the last one we had. The last one is big but much room inside. This refrigerator is what we wanted small but roomy inside.

We love this refrigerator. It has a great look and the storage capacity is what we needed. Samsung appliances are definitely good products.

It was a good price compared to others. It worked well and seemed very functional. It was for a house being flipped so couldn't comment on lasting value.
