    I purchased this model & designed kitchen cabinets to dimensions of this model. I was never told anything about where or how to change the water filter. After calling and spending 2 hours with Samsung found out only way to change the filter is to move out the refrigerator and connect the filter in the back to the ice maker water line. I am a 72 year old woman and cannot do this. I now have to buy a reverse osmosis water filter system in order to get ice. Not happy.

    The refrigerator lacks the interior sturdiness of most others but it is a bargain for the price. The weight of the door makes the closing a little challenging (to ensure it is closed). I would buy it again but I would warn others of the above before buying.
