Have to almost slam the doors to make sure they close. If not, you will hear a beeping sound when the refrigerator and/or freezer door is left open for more than 2 minutes.

The only issue I have is with the ice maker. It makes ice but it only drops the ice when I hit the test button. I may be doing something wrong but the manual doesn’t explain how to use it well enough for me. But overall it’s a good refrigerator.

Had to find a replacement. Had to spend $80 more for a little less space, but at least this one worked and was properly designed and built. Wish Best Buy had been more accomodating after the initial bad experience and the trouble of having to go find another frige to replace the first debacle. At least this one works good so far.

It's door doesn't close tight.

I took out the convenience shelf at the top to give me more room. I chose it because it had the best reviews for reliability of all the the 18 cu ft refrigerators available. So far it works great. It also has really big vegetable drawers which I appreciate.
