    Purchased this product Nov. 2020. Freezer and fridge when up, Thers a one year warranty on this with samsing. Have home warranty plan but cannot fix because samsung has it sealed. Now i have to contact Samsung and pay a call fee labor and part cost. All my appliances is samsung. I might as well buy another fridge because all that will be the price of another one. Will not be looking for another Samsung product.

    I was looking for a small new fridge and the sales rep recommended it to me so without hesitation I bought it. I bought it on April and crush this thing isn’t cooling anymore the freezer is working properly but the bottom part isn’t so I called Best Buy they ask me to call geek squad and they had me waiting for almost near an hour which I think was ridiculous. So I called the store from my house number and I was told they can’t help me that they are sorry that the fridge wasn’t working I tried to talk to a manager and he is like I’m the manager. Honestly don’t know who else to call. But definitely don’t recommend it at all.

      AntonioP, we understand that having a refrigerator that doesn't cool can be frustrating. We're here to help.

      Please refer to your user manual for the troubleshooting guide if your fridge is not cooling. Turn to page 44, "Fridge/freezer does not operate. Fridge/freezer temperature is warm."

    We’ve only had it a month or so, but so far it’s just what we’ve been needing as an extra basement fridge for preparing and storing food in ahead of time for entertaining,

    It had nice features and worked well, until it didn't. The compressor and compressor board went out and there was no local repair option.

    Had to wait over a month until it came in. Paid an extra $ 30 to haul the old one away.. PP&L gives $ 35 for your old fridge and hauls it away for you. That program is halted because of Covid -19 and where do you put a fridge for God knows how long ? The fridge itself... As soon as it was plugged in the freezer fan was loud.. as in I can hear it in the next room loud. Delivery guy said we can take it away but this is the only one we got in. We're w/out a fridge. We can't send it away until who knows when so we're forced to keep it. I bought and installed an ice maker the same day it was installed, obviously Lowes just delivers, they don't even level it. We look at it a little closer and found a manufacturing defect on the front door. Called Lowes and was told they would order another fridge but had no idea when it would come in. I asked it no one repaired these things anymore ? Gave me the number of Electrolux warranty, called explained it to them. They said, well due to Covid 19 we can't come out until it cleared. BUT they would note it that I called before the 30 days and I wouldn't be charged even if its after 30 days until they get there. Well gee, thanks a ton.. Te say I'm not happy is obviously an understatement.. I have no idea when this will be resolved. In the meantime its a good thing a bedroom isn't next to the kitchen or I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.. And guess what ? No one cares, you can hear it in their voices and cocky attitude like they are doing you a favor fixing a defective fridge..

    I love this refrigerator. It has plenty of space but the only problem I have is that the illumination inside is too poor. That is why I gave it 3 stars. Ramon B.

    Perfect garage fridge. LED lights in the freezer and the main compartment. Painted white doors are great for dry erase markers and the kids love that. best value fridge for the garage.

    My refrigerator is only 2 months old, and Samsung Service has been out twice. The freezer temperature fluctuates by as much as 30 degrees. The refrigerator portion is fine with a fluctuation of only about 5 or 6 degrees. I live alone, consequently the freezer is opened only once or twice a day. The refrigerator is opened much more frequently. On the first visit, the technician seemed to imply that this was normal, but he did replace a part. I started monitoring the the temperatures again, and I still had wild temperature fluctuations. In one day the temp varied from -12 to +19. On the second visit, I was getting the same impression that this was normal operation, and I pointed out that the Samsung support site indicated that a +/- 5 degree range was normal. I had to insist that something must be wrong if the refrigerator maintained a normal fluctuation but the freezer had wild fluctuations each 24 hour period. I had documented the temperature fluctuations using both wireless and a standard glass thermometers. Finally, the technician escalated the issue whereupon a 40 minute test was initiated. At the conclusion of that test, he told me that Samsung would be replacing the evaporator which is a major repair, but he was not authorized to perform that function and I would hear again from Samsung. And so I wait...

    Absolutely love this refrigerator! For those who live in a smaller townhome or condo and who need a refrigerator less than 30" wide, this is perfect. Lots of room in the fridge and freezer.

    I love how the refrigerator looks, and the both areas (fridge/freezer) are both very spacious. Only complaint is that I notice some slight "crystals" on my freezer items. Hopefully will get better with time.

    The white looks cheap in person... cheaper refrigerators look better in white… Something about the Samsung looks extra cheap in white… Gratefully I saw one in white at Lowe's hardware and decided to switch my order to the stainless steel. Love it

    Overall this is a great refrigerator considering all of the veteran makers of refrigerators out there. Samsung provides a great value and I am hopeful that it will be as reliable as their mobile phones and televisions.

    Lovely, quality item. I wish the shelf and drawer racks where a bit more accommodating but I will figure out what goes best where - Also still figuring out how to disconnect ice maker

    Reviewing after almost 1 month. Georgous look refrigerator. Purchased in black steel. I only wish the ice maker would shut off automatically when the tray is full. I'm loving it thus far.
