The black stainless steel finish on this refrigerator is beautiful. Doesn't show fingerprints as much as regular stainless steel. Very big and roomy inside, and at a wonderful price

I have only had this Samsung fridge for 6 months and it makes loud banging noises as if it's going to shut down. I ruled out the ice maker. My friend bought a Samsung fridge and stove and didn't like it. I didn't know that prior to this purchase. I would have made a different choice. I have a Samsung countertop microwave that is over 20 years old and works well. Samsung's quality of their products has declined. Don't buy this fridge.

I don't care for the "deli drawer," as it takes space away from the top shelf and you can't use it for tall items.

Nice looking. Freezer is a good size freezer. I wish I would have noticed the very small pull out drawer at the top of the frig before buying. It is almost impossible to see the things that are in that drawer. I would have also liked at least one of the shelves to be split. There isn't many options for where the shelves can be placed. We would have chosen a different model if there was a different one to choose, but unfortunately, there were very few to choose from when we needed to replace our refrigerator that went out.

We were really excited buying this Fridge. We did some research and read reviews on it, so we were pretty confident. It works well, expect after a few months we noticed that it was pretty loud. We had two people come out and look at it to see if something was wrong, and they determined nothing was wrong, it was just loud. We're getting use to it, but it can be pretty frustrating. Works fantastic on the inside, loud on the outside. Supposedly the noise is just the compressor kicking into high gear, but it does it all the time and Samsung will not fix it.

Nice refrigerator. Not sure it would suffice with a large family as the only fridge in the house, but we use it as a second unit for beverages and family-gathering overload, and it works well in that role.

Convertible - the upper section can be freezer or fridge. Otherwise it’s a standard 17 cubic ft unit. We moved our old freezer/fridge to the garage for extra storage space.

I shopped 8 stores in 3 towns before going with Best Buy. It offered the best price, so of course I went with it. Also, the salespeople and delivery staff were all great!

I bought this when my garage refrigerator stopped working and use it mainly for beverages. It's a great refrigerator, but a bit smaller in size than some standard refrigerators.

Love the light in the freezer. Never realized how much I would like it. The refrigerator has good space and I really like the snack drawer. I use it quite often.

The Samsung Refrigerator is perfect in our finished basement. The Samsung Refrigerator has Dual Zone controls which works great for a second refrigerator.

Its not to big and not to small yet it looks and sounds fancy with my little alarm that tells me wgen the fridge door has been open too long. I long my silver and black colors.

My old fridge died 2 weeks before Christmas, Due to size restrictions, I was limited. Not the fridge I wanted but it works, its cold, it does it job. Not impressed with the lighting, very dim inside.

Pleased with Fridge. Installers were polite, efficient, Reversed doors to allow for better access in the kitchen space.

A well built good old school fride/freeze combo. No frills with this unit, but at least is works reliably.

First did not freeze at all. Second has physical damage to interior Third- so far so good but only 3 days have past. Will wait and see

I really don't like this refrigerator. The set up of the inside is terrible. There is no where to put tall bottles unless you lay them down. I wouldn't buy it again,

Gentlemen that delivered were very nice and punctual. Small scratch occured when bringing fridge in doorway. I have report it as they said they would do the same
