Several times Samsung support attended and it was not fixed todate. Best buy extended warranty is a waste for me. I requested Samsung for a replacement.

The first delivery crew came out, claimed the refrigerator wouldn't fit. The next crew came out (a week later), removed the old fridge and installed the new fridge in less than 15 minutes with NO issues. Love Best Buy, but after two major purchases, I'd avoid delivery if at all possible.
