it's a very nice and high quality refrigerator for a smaller kitchen. Shelving could be better configured though, the middle shelf is too narrow. if you make it wider tall products won't fit on the bottom shelf. controls are easy to use and frig performs well.

When i first seen this dual flex in the store i was like they actually make something like that, huh, i never knew, after an explanation from the best buy tech, i couldn't get it home quick enough. I needed a fridge for my garage and it had to be able to withstand the warm environment in there, when she explained that the samsung had a 10 year warranty on the compressor (which is the heart of the cooling), i said i needed it now! The tech also explained that i could make the top a refrigerator along with the bottom or i could make the whole thing a freezer or that i could make the bottom a freezer and the top a fridge because of the dual flex technology, anyway that you wish to have it. In closing, this fridge/freezer is awesome, with a push and hold of the freezer button you can literally have the best of both worlds and having a gorgeous looking fridge/freezer along with a 10 year compressor warranty makes everything that much sweeter!

I found this Fridge for my new place and love the fact that it sits with doors that open from left to right (I couldn't get french doors because of the built in unit the fridge sits in). Instal was quick, easy, and efficient even with a redone house originally built in the 70s. The beeping feature is great considering I tend to leave the doors open when I cook so I am constantly reminded to shut them. So far so good, plus the stainless steel looks fantastic and is much more resistant to finger prints than my other Whirlpool.

Great price on out of box fridge. Like the style and space.

This refrigerator freezer can be used as a fridge for added space. We needed a extra fridge and this fits extremely well for what we needed. Removed the ice maker and bought a cover where the ice maker was to have more room in the freezer.

We purchased this because the top freezer section can be converted to a fridge, and we needed a little extra fridge space. If there is one down side, it is that items in the upper 'fridge' area still freeze. We're working with the cool settings, and hopefully can get this under control.

Love Love Love Cannot say how much we love this refrigerator! I never knew I needed a light in the freezer but now I could not live without it. We really like the large pull out drawer too.

I love my Samsung refrigerator. It is very spacious fridge and freezer. The side door shelves hold gallon containers which is very nice too. And I love the black stainless it is very nice and looks great. I can also put magnetic pics of my kids and grandson on the front.

Very happy with this choice. Its a great size. I really dont care for the way it opens who rather see the handles. Love that it had glass shelfs hate the wire ones everything falls through.

Returned other fridges that were noisy. Samsung quality you don't even know it is running. Cons-inside shelving and the top freezer is larger than most in this size putting the fridge section lower you have to bend down to see what is in the fridge.

While I am pleased overall with this refrigerator (white), I have two concerns. The one that might annoy most owners is that it does make strange intermittent noises. As my bedroom is across the house from the kitchen this is not a big problem, although it can be startling if you are near by. (The manual states to expect noises.) The unexpected thing that I did not like was a black/color changing info/ad (about 2/12 x 3") below the product name at the top right front of the refrigerator. It is not shown on the online photo. I asked that it be removed, but it could not. It now sports a giant hummingbird static sticker to cover it. (Although I love hummingbirds, in finding one large enough to cover the unwanted info/ad, this one is super large and somewhat scary--like a hummingbird hawk.) So, if this is not a problem for you, you will probably like the many useful features on this model--lights in both refrigerator and freezer, a handy cheese and cold cuts pull-out drawer, it's larger than anticipated for its depth--and more than expected for a refrigerator of this price.

Pretty good fridge for the price. Nice upgrade from my 20 year old fridge. Good size for me and my daughter because there’s not a lot of room inside. Delivery was a horrible experience though.

This has been great for the cave! Fully stocked and if I run out of room in the main fridge, I can convert the freezer to full fridge. No fingerprints or in my case, dog prints either. Just wipe it down with a damp cloth and you're good to go.

This frig looks nice. Not too big not too small. In fact it holds a lot more than you think from looking at the outside. Bought it in December 2019, now is August 2020 and no problem. Time will tell though.

I was looking at two fridges, the Samsung and a Whirlpool model. The Whirlpool on display was the base white vinyl but I could add ice maker and order the stainless steel finish which made it similar to the Samsung for about $40 cheaper. Salesman convinced me the Samsung was a much better model, which I still believe, but my hugest concern was the doors not being reversible. I had viewed the same fridge at Home Depot and their rep had explained the doors only come one way and they could not reverse them and I had to pay around $80 to have Samsung do it after purchase. I mentioned all of this to the Best Buy rep and he confirmed the same. The Whirlpool fridge had easy-to-reverse doors I could change myself. After a lot of deliberation I finally chose the Samsung which was delivered two days later. I only chose it with the understanding that the doors could be reversed for a reasonable fee. A week after delivery I called Samsung to arrange the door change. The first thing they confirmed was that, yes, the doors only come from the factory one way. But their second response was "the installer should have done that". I had actually said something to your installers when they arrived, just to get their feedback, and they also said "we don't change the doors on this model". Samsung said their local warranty service provider could probably do it so they put me in touch with that service center. The tech service immediately said the same thing; "the installer should have done that". They said they don't normally do this but they were willing to come out - for over $200! They wanted $129 just to come out and then labor on top of that. Assuming only 1 hour of labor that put the total over $200. I have searched around since to try to find a random tech that will do it for cheaper but have been unsuccessful. I was willing to pay under $100 to have this done but not over $200. Had I known this I would have selected the cheaper Whirlpool fridge instead. As a side note I was also given a water line, ice-maker hookup kit, which was not needed. The installers gave it to me unused. I never asked for this kit, was never advised that it was included, and I have no idea if I paid anything for it. This kit is not itemized on my store receipt.

This is a great refrigerator for my small kitchen! I love the fact that no fingerprints are left behind when you touch it. The ice maker is a plus to for these dog days of summer. It's just Pretty! Thanks!

I am trying to live a minimal life and this fridge is perfect, it is very shiny and beautiful, it doesn't take a lot of space in your kitchen but it holds plenty of stuff, on a door shelf it holds a gallon milk and iced tea jug

So far, so good. This is my 1st Samsung refrigerator. I like the build quality and design. This is for my condo. It is more than adequate for what i need.

while this was not my first choice, it is quite nice for a compact refrigerator
