Operation is quiet. Seems to be very efficient. My wife is happy and if my wife is happy so am I. Lots of storage, shelves are adjustable. Door pockets are deep and accept gallon bottles of milk.

We love the design. We needed a slender fridge and this hit the mark. The clean lines are simple and yet elegant. We are getting used to the internal configuration since it is different from our old fridge. Overall, we love this Samsung item, There is one change we would recommend - - make the interior light in the lower portion (refrigerator portion) brighter. We like the brightness in the freezer portion but the bottom half of the fridge is only lightly lit.

This fridge has been a great addition to our kitchen. The fridge is a little smaller than our previous one but I love the option of being able to convert the freezer into a fridge section since we have a deep freeze downstairs.

This refrigerator does what it is supposed to do, and looks good doing it! Very stylish addition to our kitchen. Also has an ice maker that fills up the container in a very short period of time.

I researched different refrigerators before buying. I originally wanted a different brand, but it did not come in the size I needed to fit my kitchen. So I did more research and liked the Samsung. I'm switching to all black stainless steel. I got a great price and decided to buy it. What best buy didn't tell me was that there is some kind of control box on the top of the fridge. So when it got delivered it didn't fit because that threw off all the dimensions. We had no choice but to cut a 4 in. hole in my cabinets above the fridge or return it. Besides that, I love the fridge. I love the glass bottoms and how clean it looks. I don't have a water hook up so I am not using the ice maker and was able to turn it off. This fridge replaced a probably a 20+ year old fridge. I really like it so far.

Cool things in the refrigerator extremely fast. Does not take long for icemaker to fill.

This is a very nice basic refrigerator and would get a 5 star rating if not for one feature I can not seem to shut off which is the alarm that tells you if the door has been open too long, I understand the purpose of the alarm but when you have just bought a bunch of groceries and you are trying to put them away all the while the alarm is going off tell you basically your'e slow hurry up.

Samsung is doing appliances well! The frig is gorgeous and easy to organize. The section that keeps the food / produce fresh longer REALLY WORKS! I made a great choice and purchase.

My new Samsung Refrigerator was easy to set up. The temperatures adjusted quickly and I did not have to be concerned about the transfer of my food not being properly cooled or frozen.

We had a small space, less than 33 inches. We chose it for looks as welll as function. fingerprints don show and it doubles as a refrigerator with a freezer or it can convert to just a refrigerator.

First of all this refrigerator looks beautiful! Sleek, modern design. The stainless steel is shiny and doesn’t seem to smudge easily. Well built with plenty of room in freezer and fridge. Perfect for smaller families

We love this refrigerator! I have waited two months to write this to give it enough time to reveal it's true colors. It is super quiet. (Full disclosure we did not connect the ice cube maker -- that will make noise) We live in an open concept small house and were worried about the noise possibility, but its very quiet. We also love the gray sides of the fridge so if you have one side exposed it's a beautiful gray, not all stainless steel. We love the hidden. handles for cleaning and the sleek look. And we love the size. It's perfect for two people. Any bigger and stuff will be lost and forgotten.

Perfect size. Not too big or too small. Work fabulously. I love the LED door light too, it doesn't hurt your eyes if you open it in the dark like most refrigerators.

Looks great, works great, but has a spacing problem. Shelving is not set at optimal heights for normal products making big it frustrating to load groceries and maximize space.

This refrigerator is the best. It is the perfect fit in my kitchen and perfect size for me. This is what I have been looking for and glad I choose this refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator. It’s simple to use and I like that the ice maker is on the inside of the refrigerator so I don’t have to worry about my children making a mess. The price was affordable

It was time for an update. Easy to use and fits well ( counter depth ). Has more real room than our old 19.5 cubic foot.
