I bought this refrigerator because I needed one to fit the except space I have and this was perfect. It looks very nice and I do like it. However, I had a problem with my delivery twice. The delivery was quick and the delivery men were awesome but there was a miscommunication between the manufacturer and Best Buy. I ordered this refrigerator the reverse hinge so I can open it on the right side instead of the left. I even mentioned to the salesman in Bestbuy if there was going to be a problem because I read many reviews that this was an issue. He assured me that there would be no problem and sure enough, I had the same problem. They rescheduled another delivery and told me it will come with the door opening on the right side. The refrigerator came again with the door on the wrong side and without the reverse hinge. I decided to keep it and work with it because I already took off work for the first delivery and was frustrated. I also noticed a small crack on the bottom shelf after one week. Refrigerators are not as strong as they used to be. The other brands I looked at in similar sizes seemed weaker.

Excellent customer service from the staff at Best Buy and the delivery team. My Samsung refrigerator is working well and is the perfect size and looks great.

I downsized to this smaller Samsung fridge from the French Door style, and I'm extremely happy with it. Delivery was also quick & easy and drivers were professional & knowledgeable.

Needed to downsize our old fridge that lasted over 10 years & didnt need the filtered water option but still liked the ice making option & this fridge fit the bill.also the darker stainless steel option fit well with the other appliances & color scheme of the kitchen.best buy guys dud a great/quick/professional job installing & taking out the old one

Overall I really like the look and performance of this refrigerator. I had issues with the 1st one that was delivered where the refrigerator and freezer settings buttons did not work. I contacted BestBuy and they came out within a couple days and removed it and installed a new one. Even though it is only 17.6 size I love the fact you can store multiple gallon containers on the door and and the pull out shelf at the top comes in handy! If you are limited with space or just do not want a big refrigerator this is is a great option!

The refrigerator looks good and seems really big inside. Only downside is that freezer is quite big and you have to bend to reach to the drawers in the refrigerator area.

The fridge is so quiet, looks good and perfect for a small kitchen. The only thing is the bottom part and the door are shorter than any other regular 17 cu. ft. fridge. It feels like opening an elf house door. However, the freezer part is bigger and taller than regular refrigerators. The ice maker is useless for us as we don't drink ice-cold beverage too often. It takes a lot of freezer space. So, we plan to return the waterline that it comes with. Overall the fridge is good and great for us.

We bought this refrigerator for our new entertainment room. It's perfect for our application, which is a small kitchen/bar type area. Overall, very pleased with the look and operation of this appliance.

Loving my new Samsung refrigerator. It's just the right size for my small family and looks nice in our kitchen. We added a filter for the waterline and now enjoy ice that doesn't have any weird tastes.

Very pleased so far with the refrigerator and with the installation. Only concern is the possibility that the refrigerator and freezer doors, which both open very wide, could be damaged by the corner of the wall. In your store display, you have some guards that prevent this, but you do not sell them and I have not been able to find them elsewhere.

I love everything about it. It is a duo fridge/freezer. You can use the top as a fridge or a freezer. It also has an ice maker. We have it in the garage and didn’t connect it to the water line, but it has been excellent. It is also super easy to understand. Fits plenty!

We purchased this as a spare fridge in our garage. It hasn't disappointed. I love the interior LED lights and the fridge looks great. Like most Samsung products I've used it works well.

Nice sleek look. Awesome lighting. Temperature settings are easy to use. Although, If an abundance of space is what you want, try looking for a larger fridge. It’s a smaller model.

The fridge is great. I like the feature of freezer being an optional fridge. Best Buy took almost a full month to deliver and install, Aug 20 to Sept 17. That really isn’t good business.
