I went from a 28.5 cu ft to 17.6 cu ft. Love the deep door bins. Slide & reach pantry is in a nice location. Humidity drawers are also deep. It has an ice maker that is not bulky and leaves plenty of freezer space. Door opening can be switched. I am happy with my purchase.

The controls are readily accessible and easy to understand. I am very pleased with the operation of both the refrigerator and freezer compartments.

The first technicians who came could not do it. It was a mess right down the line. No one knew what to do. It was approx. two weeks (from purchase date) before a second group of technicians got it done. High marks for the second group of technicians. They knew exactly how to do it. The product is OK but Best Buys sucks.
